SEO Services in Singapore

Kaizenaire runs search engine optimisation for Singapore businesses that need to be found when someone goes looking — in Google’s ranked results, and increasingly inside the AI answer that now sits above them. Every engagement is scoped individually and quoted against that scope, and we offer performance-based contracts. There is no price on this page because there is no standard scope.

Message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry with your domain, and we will come back with a scope and a quote.

SEO now has two outputs, not one

We pulled 980 Singapore-relevant keywords around SEO services from our own Semrush data in July 2026. Between them they carry 12,630 searches a month. Keywords accounting for 68% of that volume now return a Google AI Overview — an AI-written answer sitting above the ranked results. Two-thirds of the demand in our own category is being answered by a machine before anyone scrolls.

That is not an argument for abandoning SEO. It is an argument for noticing what SEO now has to produce. The work that earns a ranked link and the work that earns a citation inside an AI answer overlap almost entirely: a site that can be crawled cleanly, content structured so a specific question gets a specific answer, clear entity signals, and genuine authority behind the claims. Do that work and you are optimising for both surfaces at once.

Most retainers still only pay for one of them. Ours builds for both — which is why we treat answer engine and generative engine optimisation as part of doing SEO properly in 2026 rather than as a separate line item to sell you later.

What an engagement includes

Scope varies, but the components are consistent:

  • Technical foundation — crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and the structured data that lets engines parse what a page is actually about.
  • Keyword and intent mapping — what your buyers actually type, which of those terms are winnable from where you currently stand, and which are not worth the spend.
  • On-page work — titles, headings, internal linking, and content structured so a question on the page gets a direct, extractable answer.
  • Content production — new pages and articles where the plan needs them, written by specialists working with AI tooling rather than generated and left unedited.
  • Off-page and authority — earned mentions and links, built at a pace that does not look manufactured.
  • Reporting — rankings, traffic and enquiries, plus visibility inside AI answers, which most reports still ignore entirely.

How we keep it cheaper than hiring in-house

Our cost advantage is a staffing model, not a discount. Depending on what your engagement needs, the work is delivered by SEO content specialists in the Philippines working with AI tooling, or by our in-house writers using the same tools. Against the cost of hiring the equivalent capability directly in Singapore, that can reduce the cost of the content and production layer by up to 70%.

Two honest qualifications on that number. It applies to the production layer — strategy and technical work are not where the saving comes from — and the actual figure depends on what you would otherwise have hired. The AI tooling makes a trained specialist faster; it does not replace them, and we would not ship work that had no human judgement in it.

Kaizenaire Pte Ltd (UEN 201932071D) contracts with you under Singapore law and carries accountability for the output wherever it is produced. The Philippines side is where much of the craft sits; the Singapore side is where the responsibility sits. Both are the offer.

Performance-based contracts

We will tie part of our fee to agreed outcomes rather than to activity. That is unusual in this market and we think it is the right way round: an agency confident in its work should be willing to put some of its fee where its forecast is.

What it does not mean is a guaranteed ranking. Nobody outside Google controls the ranking, and any agency that guarantees a position is either misunderstanding the mechanism or counting on you not to check. Performance contracts are built against outcomes that can be defined and measured in advance, and the structure depends on where you are starting from — so we set the terms during scoping rather than publishing a template here.

When you should not hire us

If your category has almost no search demand, SEO is the wrong instrument and we will say so at the scoping call rather than three months into a retainer. We have told businesses to spend on ads or on their existing customer list instead. It is a shorter conversation and it costs us the engagement, but the alternative is billing you for movement in a market that was never there.

The same applies if you need results this quarter. SEO does not work on that timescale, and an agency that agrees to your deadline is agreeing to something it cannot deliver.

How we start

  • You send your domain. Nothing else needed at this stage.
  • We audit and scope. What is technically broken, what is winnable, what the AI answers in your category currently say, and what it would take to change that.
  • We quote against the scope — including whether a performance-based structure fits your situation.
  • You decide. The audit findings are yours either way.

Frequently asked questions

How much do your SEO services cost?

We do not publish a rate, because we have never delivered two identical engagements. Cost is driven by how large your site is, how competitive your category is in Singapore, how much technical debt is already in the build, and how much new content the plan needs. Send us your domain and we will scope it and quote against that scope.

Do you offer performance-based SEO contracts?

Yes. We offer contracts where part of our fee is tied to agreed outcomes rather than to activity. The structure depends on your starting position and your category, so the terms are set during scoping rather than published here. Ask us about it when you enquire.

How is this different from any other SEO agency in Singapore?

Two things. We build for both surfaces — the ranked link and the AI answer that increasingly sits above it — because the underlying work is largely the same and most retainers still only pay for one. And we will tie part of our fee to outcomes.

How long before SEO produces results?

Longer than anyone selling it would like to admit. Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority work is a matter of months, and in a competitive Singapore category it can be six to twelve. Any agency promising a fixed date for a fixed ranking is describing something they cannot control.

Can you guarantee a number-one ranking?

No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody outside Google controls the ranking. That is exactly why we offer performance-based contracts against agreed, measurable outcomes instead — it puts our fee at risk without pretending we own the algorithm.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes, though not always by selling a retainer. If your category is small enough that a handful of pages would cover the demand, we will tell you that rather than build a programme around it.

Who actually does the work?

A managed team of SEO specialists working with AI tooling — some based in the Philippines, some in-house. Kaizenaire Pte Ltd contracts with you under Singapore law and stays accountable for the output regardless of who produces it.
