Sembrava tutto perfetto, poi cambio telefono, non il numero e l'app riconosce come username una vecchia password e manda alcune notifiche sul nuovo telefono ed altre sul vecchio, non più esistente.
il servizio clienti mi consiglia di non mandare una lista di problemi senza darmi alternative.
Quindi finchè non ci sono problemi, sono campioni, appena ne hai uno, ti scaricano!

Ho passato giorni a cercare di entrare nell'app Mooneygo.
Ho beccato sempre "error" e mi sono bloccato.
L'ultima telefonata al loro centro assistenza ha cambiato tutto: in 2 secondi ero dentro l'app a fare I cambi che volevo. Grazie, senza stress!

Booked a car at Birmingham airport to attend a seminar. The booking was arranged through a third party not directly with them. Once in their office to pick up my car, I soon found out that the deposit asked was exaggerate and the insurance paid to the provider was not covering me at all. Bad situation!! The gentleman behind the counter was very calm and instead of kicking me out, like a true professional, he turned my desperation into joy: told me to cancel that insurance and take theirs. The situation was resolved in few minutes, they very amazing in dealing with me and even upgraded my car for free. I am a fan of Drivalia now! Thank you
