Very good, and helpful when I had to give up my dog through illness

Transfer was completed without problems. Staff were very helpful.

Holly Thompson was so helpful. He made sure that I as the previous owner of my pet agreed to change the name of the new owner. Very respectful and kind. Also pet data base ensured that my dog is registered in a government database and could’ve helped me in case my dog ran away or got lost.

Changing ownership and Holly was helpful and polite and made the process easy.

The staff are great, Holly Thompson took care of everything for me, I’m very happy thanks.

Holly Thompson was extremely helpful and efficient in changing details for our little dog, thank you. We can now rest assured that if he ever gets 'lost' people will know where he belongs - not that we intend to leave him but you never know when they may run off to explore!

I received a quick response from Holly when I asked what to do as I no longer owned my pet and was able to forward it to the new owner so she could do what was needed. Once I got the email asking me to confirm the new owner and that I no longer had the pet, also quick response back to advise they could carry on with the process of changing the ownership. Very helpful and supportive at a sad time where we could no longer keep our pet.

Company ignoring data erasure requests

I have contacted pet database on numerous occasions to delete any information held for me and my pet who has a chip registered to an alternate pet microchip database.

They have ignored multiple emails and formal right to erasure requests.

Super fast help in dealing with our beautiful Jessie's ownership transfer from our son to us...due to him moving out. Jessie needed to stay with us as she is extremely anxious and he didn't want to upset her by moving her. Holly Thompson dealt with all of this in record speed time, informing us of each and every step. Thank you Holly x

Super speedy and easy to transfer ownership of a little rescue dog. Many thanks to Holly for helping make the process smooth and straight forward.
Pet Database is clear and simple to work with, so nice to know that they are linked with Doglost UK as well. It is important that the microchip details are kept up to date with a government recognised database as dogs can get lost or stolen. Being able to update the records so quickly means there is no excuse for not keeping the information current. Highly recommend them!

I was messaged by Holly Thompson regarding someone trying to change my pets details in this case it was all above board has I hadto unfortunately rehome my fur baby. So its really nice to know that pet chips just dont get changed over without the previous owner being notified. I will most definitely be encouraging people to microchip there fur babies.

Called to get my pets details removed and got through to a lady who was working from home as the "receptionist" she informed me that she would get someone to call me back when they were free, after asking if that would be today she replied could be today or tomorrow, guess I will have to wait and see----ridiculous, not good customer service!!
