However, our enhanced service, which costs £15 per year, provides additional benefits and allows you to update your pet’s registered details when needed. This helps ensure that your contact information remains accurate, which is particularly important should your dog ever go missing.

We appreciate your point about what you can see when accessing your account. While the microchip itself is a permanent identification device, the database record links that unique chip number to the keeper’s contact details.
