I booked an appointment for my medical certificate to exchange my foreign drivers license for a Portuguese one. The appointment was fine and shortly after I received a copy of my certificate that the doctor had uploaded to IMT. The doctor had my address and postal code incorrect on the certificate. I immediately emailed Dr.Online-Portugal and asked that the certificate be corrected. I received a reply saying the doctor was asked to correct the certificate. I never received a corrected copy. I reached out again and have gotten no response. Very poor service.
