Could be fantastic, but it’s not
Could be fantastic if they’d get a decent IT team. Issued finding and applying their “coupons” for membership, confusing website with scant information in the profile area, no ability to schedule appointments without needing to fill in all patient information each time, no record of tests or other results, providers show up 20-30 minutes late or not at all and there is no way to message them or do anything. Great concept, I wish I could speak with a decision maker at Dr Online who cared instead of customer support. This could have been great!

Two paid appointments in one day – no doctor showed up
I booked and paid for an online doctor consultation today. I joined the appointment and waited, but no doctor ever joined the call.
As I genuinely needed to speak to a doctor, I booked a second appointment for the same day and paid again. For the second appointment, I deliberately joined around 15 minutes early to make absolutely sure there could be no issue with me being late or missing the appointment. I have screenshots confirming that I was in the consultation waiting for the doctor.
Again, no doctor joined the appointment.
I am now nearly €80 out of pocket for two consultations in one day without receiving either consultation.
What has made the experience particularly frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have tried calling, but nobody answers the phone. I have also emailed twice today and have received no response. There hasn't even been a message acknowledging that the consultations didn't take place or explaining what went wrong.
I understand that technical problems and scheduling issues can happen. What I don't find acceptable is taking payment for two appointments, providing neither consultation, and then being unreachable when the patient tries to resolve it.
I have screenshots and payment records for both appointments and am now waiting for an explanation and a refund for both consultations.

Doctor didn’t turn up for consultation
Doctor didn’t turn up for consultation. I waited for 45minutes, repeatedly told by customer service that it would only be a few minutes longer to wait, Apparently the Dr had wrong time on computer and read appointment time wrongly. Dr sent apologetic response. Who could trust a Dr who can’t get the time right.

I booked an appointment for my ATESTADO MÉDICO
I booked an appointment for my medical certificate to exchange my foreign drivers license for a Portuguese one. The appointment was fine and shortly after I received a copy of my certificate that the doctor had uploaded to IMT. The doctor had my address and postal code incorrect on the certificate. I immediately emailed Dr.Online-Portugal and asked that the certificate be corrected. I received a reply saying the doctor was asked to correct the certificate. I never received a corrected copy. I reached out again and have gotten no response. Very poor service.
