This seems like such a brilliant idea but - in Edinburgh at least - is so poorly executed. The bikes are about 50% damaged or with poor electrics, the parking spaces say they’re available on the app and then won’t let you park when you arrive, bikes are pointlessly reserved and unavailable and twice the app hasn’t let me terminate the ride and the reason is really unclear. There is no customer service at all. A real shame. Hopefully a better company will take the idea and improve it.

I’m massively unclear about why anyone could give this anything other than 1 star. The app is terrible. On iPad, iPhone and Samsung TV it is slow, glitchy and unless you watch something live you can’t catch up, can’t scroll back and the watch live option and watch fro the start do exactly the same thing. A total waste of money. Avoid.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Unresponsive, defensive, clueless and completely fractured. The lack of care - and impossibility of getting through to anyone who will actually help - makes them no longer fit for purpose. They have a monopoly of fibre in central Edinburgh which is a total scandal and should be a matter for the Scottish government but I don’t imagine it’ll change any time soon. If you have any alternative, do not use them.
