Review of Movelocity
Next advised that Movelocity are to give 15minutes notice of a delivery , this didnt happen. The delivery window was between 7.30am & 6pm. I missed the call by minutes, I called the driver several times, no reply. I left a voicemail & message, no response. I emailed & phoned head office, no response . Next sorted it a few days later & a lovely driver delivered the order. Customer care with this company is non existent.

Inexcusable shipping service. Extra was paid for tracked shipping to Ireland . The order was dispatched from The Netherlands & travelled via the UK.....This was totally unnecessary It took 23 days to get the order from the time the order was placed.

I have to say the the team were polite & helpful on all correspondence & they did offer a 10% discount because advertised stock was not actually in stock. However, the goods are overpriced for what they are. It took over a month to receive my order of footwear. The name "Irish supply", it is very misleading & hoodwinks customers into thinking goods are in Ireland. My bank confirmed they were indeed based in Dublin, but they just order from another cheap site for customers

My online order was completely wrong. 3 days after emailing BT, no reply, so I used whatsapp. They arranged collection of the incorrect order & advised they would send the correct order or refund me once they got the order back. My product was out of stock, they had no idea. The website is not reliable. It probably cost them more to collect the wrong order , no business cop on at all & no goodwill gesture to compensate for their incompetency

I was in the limerick store ( Ennis road) on Sunday afternoon . I felt nothing short of an inconvenience in the store. The sales girl on the till treated customers appallingly. A couple brought an item to the till not realising it was a display model, their apology was not acknowledged, their offer to return the item upstairs was ignored. They disrespect shown was unacceptable

I regret that I didnt move to another bank when Ulster left the market. The BOI online banking & phone app is archaic & not at all user friendly. Having to log in twice when I should see all accounts under one login. No face recognition. It makes me wonder if this is because they haven't their security up to scratch. I cant see my direct debit payees as a list. I cannot pay my AIB Credit card online using BOI Banking, the staff at my local branch confirmed this too. This was all basic stuff with UB

I have used Buy it direct for 3 orders over the past while. Delivery is hassle free & Quick . The furniture I ordered was very good quality & a great price .
Prices do seem to change a lot online so keep an eye on that if holding out for an item that’s a bit higher in price normally
