What a beautiful location and lovely accommodation.
James kept us informed constantly and the accommodation was perfect for a very peaceful getaway. The kangaroos grazing in the field in front of the porch made our stay extra special.

Our experience from start to finish has been superb. We are having to choose a carpet due to an insurance claim and all Tapi Yeovil staff have been incredibly helpful explaining all of the steps. We have been kept informed all of the way and have no complaints with our treatment so far.

Got to be 5 stars as although my original order was lost between Direct Sports and Royal Mail the lady in customer services (Patricia) was superb. Her replies to emails were always quick and friendly and she sorted my replacement shoes out very promptly.

Only 4 stars as Lloyd's themselves were excellent with an easy to use website and updates on my order up to the point they gave it to their courier. Please don't use Evri as your courier. They do not keep you up to date with where the package is. I had to constantly search on their website only to find out they 'lost' it for a few days. Use a different courier and thus would have been a 5 star.

Superb service. I was unsure of what size jacket to buy, bought a Medium but had doubts when I tried it on. Then had a long Messenger conversation with Lusso and ended up ordering a Small which was a much better fit. Returned the other jacket on Saturday and received confirmation of refund on Monday. This is the third item I have bought from Lusso and will definitely be back.

Only 4 stars as although the gloves arrived very quickly and we're a good price the Sigma sizing guide wasn't quite accurate - according to the guide the gloves I ordered should have had enough room to wear with a liner glove. However, they are quite snug (fits like a glove!!!) so I am hoping they'll be warm enough without liners. Good looking gloves though - Gore Infinium Thermo split finger.

Could not fault any aspect of our purchase. Website was easy to use, we could then pick a day that suited us for delivery. Delivery was confirmed the day before via text with just a two hour window. Another text on the morning of delivery was followed up by a couple of phone calls confirming the time. Delivery personnel were quick, polite and with minimal fuss. Excellent.
