You can't beat those little personal touches. Also some of the lowest prices and premiums you'll find anywhere. I've stopped searching all over now. And I don't have enough trust in sites like eBay and discord.

Just took delivery of two very securely packaged small coins. Great condition, beautiful design and detail, at a fair premium. And another piece of rock included for my eldest Grand Daughter (I'm saving them for 2 Grand Daughters, but 1's only 5 months. I wouldn't recommend rock for teething 😬). All in all, another great experience. Easy to use site, excellent and friendly staff. The first place I look for anything. Wish I could find a 1/10 Oz gold 2021 Year of the Ox somewhere for my eldest Grand Daughter. It's easy to get this year's Horse. But I can't get one without the other. I've just received my first purchase of 'our choice' 1/40 Oz gold coins this morning. Absolutely amazing condition. And I explained on purchasing that it was my first dabble into purchasing gold as an investment, because my daughter has just had my 2nd Grand Daughter, so I'm looking at regularly putting a little into gold for them. Inside the package was a hand written note and a pack of Chards rock for my eldest Grand Daughter, what a lovely touch. This really brightened up my day, and has definitely secured my custom. Openreach used a contractor on this occasion, M J Quinn. Their operative was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly, whilst also taking great care around my property, and following all HSE regulations whilst working at heights and putting safety barriers around his work areas etc. whilst also wearing full PPE. I cannot praise this young man highly enough.

The quality of the non branded goods is excellent. Keep an eye out for 'The Stamford Street Company' brand. Their stuff is amazing, and a fraction of the cost of branded products. Sainsbury's own brand are also excellent. From online ordering to receiving delivery is easy. Whether using the stores app or one of the Uber type apps. Excellent pricing and service

Great offer of 40% off. It included some items I stock up on. A shame wraps weren't on offer, but I'm stocked up anyway. So not really a problem.

Excellent products. Delivered on the exact date I asked for. Frozen items were still frozen, fresh items had plenty of use by dates on them. I like trying new items (but I also have my regular favourites). I ordered the large 'pigs in blankets' as I was curious how large they'd be (considering the price). Large isn't the word, they are massive and we're very well packaged. Not tried them yet, but one would feed someone with a massive appetite or 2 people with smaller appetites, as the main part of a meal, without having to add meat, or sliced for several people as a part of your Christmas dinner with other meats. People would be impressed. I'll definitely buy again when my freezers needs stocking up. They're rammed at the moment. I cooked a gammon joint yesterday for dinner, as my son is down from uni. We had plenty of slices, and it's made another dinner each for today. It hardly shrinks at all, so and isn't over salty, so doesn't need soaking (IMO of course). And if you like steaks they're amazing, especially the the large ribeye joints to cut to the size you want. I got 12 X 170-200gm steaks from mine. Mostly 200gm for the size I like. And everything is priced well, considering they're grass fed, free-range products.

Seems OK. The only issue I found that, was whilst using the app, it jumps very quickly to 'rate today's experience of using the Energy Hub' before you've actually finished checking everything you need to check. Apart from that, all it really does is give you a heart attack when you see how much your basic energy needs are costing you. EDF keep bragging about how they're the ' top sustainable fuel providers', so when is this going to show up in a decrease of the prices? Especially when their (and other providers) profits are through the roof...... As per usual.

I must be honest and say that delivery was very slow again. However, I've mentioned this before and recommended that people keep a good stock, as the products do have a really long shelf life. I think I've just found a hidden gem that suits keto, low carb AND high protein diets. It's the low carb baguettes, they're much darker than the picture suggests, which disappointed me when I unpacked them, but it doesn't make the slightest difference, so please don't let your heart drop when you notice this, as mine did. They're great as they are, but a few minutes in the oven or an air fryer takes them to a whole new level, if you like the outer crispyness and soft inside. Pretty similar in macros (per weight, so 1 baguette is approximately the same 2 thins) but much lighter and not as dense, but all the bread and wrap products are the best I've tried. The chocolate spreads and peanut butters are also amazing. To be fair, nothing is bad. One very minor issue with the sauces. They can seem a little sweet at first, but you get used to this. Plus they can seem a little runny. Maybe the manufacturer could add a little more xantham or guar gum to the recipe to make it thicker, if the supplier suggests it? Also the delivery was excellently packaged, with no damaged or crushed items, considering I ordered bread, wraps, baguettes, litre bottles, peanut butter, a box of lasagne sheets and jars of chocolate spreads, plus they added 2 different sauces as freebies, this is excellent packing from the warehouse staff. Excellent customer service too, if you need them.

Delivery times seem to have improved dramatically. This has been an issue in the past. Great products. I've been a customer since they first came on the scene. Great to see them growing and adding more products to their range. Excellent customer service, when I've needed them, too.

Excellent product. Always get my bread, my things my low carb wraps from here. Sadly the wraps have out of stock for a while, showing how popular they are. Good prices too with the promotion offered. You can always use the promotions well on these products, as they have an amazing shelf life. They also freeze well too. And it reduces the insulin spike if you freeze them as well. Anyone who's diabetic or on a Keto diet will understand the importance of this. I don't know the science behind this, but do a blood test after eating them. The brownies were also delicious. A little high in carbs than I really wanted. But still much less than any chocolate bars, even the 90% + dark chocolate. So ok for the occasional treat. Even delivered quickly, which has been a bit of an issue in the past.

These wraps are amazing. Granted I can make my own keto/ low carb wraps, but for something to reach out of a packet, for convenience, I've never found better. But be careful when purchasing to look for the'low carb' and not the 'high protein'. 4xmore carbs in the 'high protein - beast' variety. But if you're looking for high protein, I'm absolutely sure they too will be amazing. And, for once, a good delivery timeline.

I really hate having to leave bad comments. But the items were routed through the wrong trunking hub and had to be re-routed through the Royal Mail system to a different depot, despite the depot they were delivered to in error was literally closer to where I live than the intended depot was. Not really Skinny Food Co 's fault. But I've used them for a long time time now and delivery times have always been their downfall. Which is a shame because the products are excellent and the customer service is amazing. They've just got to sort out their courier services, I've learned to keep a good stock. So bear this in mind if your order is time sensitive.
Just a quick update to my review. Customer services at Skinny Food Co.have contacted me today (James.... He did ask I mentioned his name). He asked if I would amend my review and upgrade the 3 stars to 5 to receive free shipping on my next order. I contacted him almost immediately (24/3/23) to point out that I did not appreciate this as it would be disingenuos misleading and also make me a liar. There's no point having a review system if you aren't able to post the true nature of your interaction with a company, or the quality of their products. I'm now at odds about the integrity of this company. Which is a shame, because I've always stated how good their products are. But moving forward this may make me look for a different supplier.
