Gauri was very polite & efficient in dealing with my request today.However at 70 years of age internet & webpages don't come that easy for me ! I find it difficult until I've done it then I'm ok !
So my question related to mine & my wifes' plan which I want to change.I now have to wait until my current plan is spent up then visit the webpage & renew.All very simple I'm sure but sometimes it isn't !
The reason for this review is for Gauri & he was very professional & courteous but unfortunately I still haven't resolved my question.Lets see what the next few weeks brings ?!
