Adam was able to restore my Windows program update quickly. Everything on my computer was restored.

When our computers act up or behave strangely, one call and the remote techs scans, fixes and keeps us safe and running smoothly. Well worth any fee to not have to worry about our digital exposure and safety.

My lack of knowledge and problem with my hearing aids slowed our progress so he willingly discussed everything necessary with my husband. Great Job . Tech support just connected my new printer in 5- 10 minutes. After spending over an hour installing the printer it would not work/print so I called Support. Next time I will call them first!

I called Vision Computer technical support because of pop-ups telling me I have a virus. He was extremely helpful. He removed the pop-ups and gave me tips on preventing this from happening.

Tech support helped me to be sure that my computer is secure.
