Hello, my name is David Anderson. I'm 67 and retired on Social Security. Approximately 4 weeks ago, I bought a new laptop. Almost from the very start, TotalAV has been bombarding me with these pop-ups urging me to pay for protection that was needed NOW... All BS: I have protections; it's a new computer! These pop-ups are happening every 60 seconds or so. I'm not joking with you; I can't do anything while they black out my computer and run a scan. Sometimes it's not even 60 seconds. I will never, under any circumstance, pay these people for anything. I'm close to getting rid of this computer because of them. Are they harassing me like this for $20 a month? They're low-lifes who run this company. Are they taking over my computer like this to force other people and me into paying for their bullshit protection? I had a cheap Chromebook, never got any protection for it, and owned it for 6 years! I want them to STOP with this harassment, and tell me how to permanently uninstall them. You can't do it the way they explain it. You follow everything correctly, only to be sent back to the internet to start over again. Yoy can't uninstall them... These lowlifes have built it into their computer program so people can't uninstall. I'm not the only one saying this. I saw someone else online saying the same thing. People, don't sign up with these clowns. They scrape the bottom of the barrel trying to get a few dollars... Thank you. everybody... TC!

Cant unsubscribe from this. tried endlessly to speak to some one , but i think they are all robots. They just seem keen to keep taking the fees.
Further to your reply, I asked four differnt questions and got the same stock reply to each of them. so if not robots who are they?
They all directed me to the same site, which is supposed to have a link to unsubscribe. But it conviently is not there.
