Absolutely brilliant customer service from Lauren, bent over backwards to ensure that the exchange went ahead smoothly, kept well informed every step of the way. If I needed anything in the future wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I have been waiting since Friday for my brompton c line bike to be collected by APC through Wuva and have wasted two days waiting at home for this to be collected as terrible servic but quick enough to take your money...will leave the damn bike outside ....absolutely terrible

Website was easy to navigate however could have been a bit more informative with the descriptions of the mobility scooters.
Once you decide on an item, you complete an easy to use form with your details. However, you cannot complete the order on line as you need to wait for an agent to call you to finalise. This process is quick though and you can choose a date and time for the call.

Please note this company does not give rentals if you have a less then perfect credit, they do a credit check. So bare this in mind. Unfortunately I dont have a tip top perfect credit score so was unable to complete the order.

It's just the general feeling of knowing you can hire an instrument at an affordable price, especially when you are just learning the instrument for the first time. You then have an option to buy the instrument if everything goes well and you enjoy learning.

Excellent company the bike arrived promptly and my grandson was very happy and at monthly payments I can afford !

Excellent from start to finish. Website easy to navigate, refurbished bikes arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Even the email every month reminding you that payment is due. Great all round.

Wuva customer service via WhatsApp was great. The 3rd party delivery company hadn't contacted us and Lauren at Wuva sorted everything. I rented twice from Wuva to see if a scooter worked for me. I'm now purchasing my own scooter.

There was a delay in delivery but once they were contacted they rectified it very quickly. Biggest problem was delivery is in a big box on a pallet which is left roadside. So will need 1-2 strong people to unpack it and put it together. Error over payments were corrected and refunded. Good customer service team which made any issues easy to overcome

The Wuva team were great! We had some difficulties in assembling the wheels on the Woom 4. The WhatsApp customer service was really fast and we got a call back for the technical team which guided us in what to do via video! So helpful! Thank you!

I web researched to buy a light weight child bike for my granddaughter's birthday and ordered one from Wuva. Their description helped me decide buy a Woom bike. Experience of ordering to delivery was very smooth and timely. She is enjoying it immensely.

Easy to set up. Delivery was a faff, but this was more to do with the courier than Wuva.

We love Wuva! My daughter learnt to ride her first bike on a Woom bike that we are hiring through Wuva and we still have it. I’m just about to hire one for my son as well. Wuva is speedy, super convenient and very easy to use. Great service.

Very poor company. I paid for my product and didn't receive anything and it was very poor customer service when I contacted them as they didn't seem to know what was going on. Very disappointing company and i would advise people against dealing with them.

I hired bikes for my kids over the Summer and the quality and ease of the subscription was brilliant. Both delivery and return of the bikes was super easy. I would definitely recommend.

Wuva has been the best bike set-up we have found. With kids and their constant growing this has been a brilliant alternative to good quality light weight bikes which my kids have both learned to ride on. We’ve also had to since switch one to a bigger size and although the process was a little manual through e-mail we were able to switch for a bigger bike.
