Very responsive customer service and…

Very responsive customer service and product shipped out promptly. I was happily surprised that Taylor Security had the odd ball item I was looking for. If I ordered this part from the factory it would have taken 3-4 weeks to get.

i spent $140 on this Pac Lock…

i spent $140 on this Pac Lock UCS-7A-SLV/811 6-Pin with shipping being $60, for it to not latch on my shed no matter how i configured it. it’s like it has to be in a perfect position or it’s not gonna lock all the way. wish i never bought it and just looked elsewhere.

Website has major issues after 2 years

After 2 years, I am still unable to log into my account using Google Chrome. I have to use Incognito mode. Additionally, not being able to update the billing address in my account was annoying. Please fix your site!
