The email said the parcel had been delivered but no sign of it. The scan by the driver clearly shows the parcel still in the van!! No contact number is available.
Terrible company

Garbage company, they attempt to deliver a package and took it back instead of leaving it in the mailbox, now the phone number to call doesn't work and now they have my package for disposal after less then a week!!!??.?

Horrible service. Package tracking says out for delivery Sept. 13 and still haven't received it.

Terribly slow. Updates are horrible. No contact by courier when in delivery area. This service should not exist.

Id like to finally receive the package that Speedpak has alleged has had a delivery attempt over 6(SIX) times! At random hours of the day and night. Not once have my cameras nor eyes seen a delivery attempt!! No respone via email, nothing!! This is a scam company, yet I paid for shipping?! Id like my package I purchased over a month ago!

Very bad customer service, avoid.

Packaged wedged in outside letter box ,could feel the lid of letter box bending back to capacity and straining the lid to get the parcel out ,the courier just had to knock and leave on step under porch but could not be bothered,I will make sure anything I order in the future does not have this company to deliver it.

After 43 days, with the last update being 30 days ago, I have another parcel agein in the world of unknown again. Luckily, Ebay gave a refund for the first one - the other one didn't reach the timeout yet.

Everytime I buy from an Ebay seller, I will specifically request them not to use SpeedPak or I will not buy. I contacted SpeedPak today via email and I am waiting for a response.

Speedpack says they delivered my parcel on the 3rd of June at10:12am no parcel was delivered i was at home figdlookit told me to go to post office sorting which i did twice the post office had nothing to do with my delivery im in touch with ebay but ive since found out that speedpack is owned by eBay and they have told other people that if it says its been delivered they won't refund I have to wait till the 13th of June before they can get involved they have spoken to figdlookit and now figdlookit are ignoring me I cant get any thing up to get in touch with this speedpack but there is hundreds of reviews saying that they are a bogus company I cant afford to lose my money as im on benefits due to being put in a wheelchair through and accident i dont know what to do can my building society get my money back if I could put A 0 for ratings I would its painful to give them one star pls dont use this company because they will lie and cheat even great false and fake shipping records pls pls pls keep away from them dont know if I will get my money back dear mr/Mrs trustpilot can u help me thank u for reading this and again pls dont deal with this company it normally stuff from China witch I didn't know until after I'd ordered figdlookit sold me this item under the pretence it was being shipped from UK so dont use figdlookit or speedpack cos u will get completely ripped of oh and figdlookit just lie to u until the refund window is closed dont trust them I can't stress this enough pls dont get caught like me and as ive found thousands of other poor people in the same situation with these companies thank you Mr G coomber

Disrespectful service
My parcel was left on my pathway right next to the public footpath for 9 hours
I am lucky someone else didn’t take it
All other postage companies leave my parcels at my front porch

Speedpak sucks! My last 2 orders were marked delivery attempted, returning to warehouse. Why? I was home both times but seems the delivery person didn't want to do their job and delivery it. Other times when they do deliver my packages it's late like 8pm or 10pm and they just throw it on the driveway where anyone walking by can just grab it. They dont even drop it off on the front door. Horrible service all around. Still waiting on my packages.

The package was not delivered. I shall now have to visit all houses in my area (in the countryside) to try to find it !!!
Absolutely useless delivery service

Avoid using them or ordering ebay products that come theough this way as I've had so many parcels missing don't arrive etc so bad and there's no way of chasing it up.

Two deliveries in two weeks. Instead of walking it 20 feet up to the front porch the first delivery was dropped at the bottom of the driveway just off the street. The second delivery I watched him walk to the edge of the driveway and throw it halfway up the yard. Find a new job if this one's too hard for you.

They say they attempted delivery but that is a lie. We have been home all the time. Nothing on CCTV. Most likely a slack courier who couldn’t be bothered so writes up as failed attempted delivery.

Supposed to have delivered but no parcel looks like this firm is rubbish to say the least I’ll try and find the address and go there

First I received notice that the item could not be delivered because the driver did not have access to the building—which is strange, because the building is a house with a mailbox of more than adequate size and no fence or barrier to delivery. The next day I was told that the item was delivered but it was not there. When I inquired about it I was told that it had been delivered, and was shown a photo of the item—but it was not on my property. It was on a public sidewalk near my property. Had the driver walked about 20 seconds, he'd have been at my front step and mailbox, but for some reason he left the package in an open public space. I never saw it and it never even touched my property. I cannot say I have any confidence in the quality control being exercised over those who deliver for this company. A major disappointment as well as a dead loss financially. Ebay seems to use Speedpack, but I will not bid on items shipped this way again.

Very good experience with Speakpack. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. The customer service is helpful, and the couriers are always friendly and smiling, even though it’s not an easy job. The whole process is simple and convenient, and deliveries arrive on time. I will definitely use the service again, especially since I use it quite often, and I can recommend it to others.

Item s shown on the tracking as 'out for delivery' day after day and never arrives.
Useless, would have given a zero if it was an option.

Tracking takes you to a scam to click on Apple Pay. Glad l checked. It will take money from you.
No tracking available since order at beginning of February, despite information saying tracking provided.
Still not received parcel over a month later.
