I ordered the milo showerhead and was excited to start using it. However, due to the inability for the showerhead to tilt basis on my showerset up I could not use it (otherwise I would be making my whole bathroom wet). I wrote a message to return it and the customerservice reacted immediately and refunded the showerhead. Best service ever⭐️

Happy with the product.

Paid for My Order, Never Received It, and Customer Support Completely Ignored Me
Avoid ordering from Showerlabs Denmark unless you are prepared to risk losing your money and being completely ignored.
I placed an order (#390851) for a shower filter on 03/03/2026. The product never arrived.
After waiting well beyond the expected delivery timeframe, I contacted the company on 03 April 2026 requesting a delivery update, replacement, or refund. I received no response whatsoever.
I then sent a second email on 08 May 2026 clearly stating that this issue remained unresolved and that I would proceed with a chargeback if they continued ignoring me. Again — no reply, no explanation, no accountability.
What is most concerning is not just the missing order, but the complete lack of customer support. Ignoring customers for months after taking payment is unacceptable for any legitimate online business.
Current status:
- Product not delivered
- No replacement sent
- No refund issued
- Multiple customer emails ignored
I am now pursuing the matter through my payment provider and consumer protection channels.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering from this company until they improve their delivery reliability and customer service standards.

Very satisfied with my purchase. I usually have dry skin in the winter period, and the water is full of calcium. With this filter, I can feel a difference in my skin. I really recommend it to those who have the same dry skin problem as I do!

Marketing claims feel false
I bought their shower head because of all the ads & claims that it really helps improve water pressure - as I struggle with low water pressure in my shower. It really does absolutely nothing to improve it - in fact, it makes it signficantly worse - as it has just one mode/function and no ability to switch between pressure types. I also have dry skin because of the water in Denmark and I did not see any improvement in the weeks I used it until I got a different one.

Works and doesn’t?

I had a look at the filter and it looks the same as new, not sure if it’s working or not, hard to tell.
I’ll buy a new filter soon and curious if after using it there’s a clear indication that it filters out particles.

The MILO shower head is designed to reduce exposure to impurities like limescale, chlorine, heavy metals, and PFAS, so while some users notice instant changes (especially in hair texture), for others it can be more subtle or take a bit longer. Water quality also varies quite a lot depending on your location – and this plays a big role in how visible the results are 😊
As for the filter, it's quite normal that it doesn't look drastically dirty after a few weeks, especially if your water is relatively clean. However, inside the filter, the filtration media is still working to trap invisible particles.
If you're trying a new filter soon, I’d recommend keeping an eye on any gradual changes in skin comfort, dryness, or how your hair feels over time – and of course, feel free to reach out if you’d like to test a different setup or need further help 💧

Pretty…but doesn’t work
The people from customer service are very sweet and helpful. The shower head is pretty…but does absolutely nothing. I’ve used it for 2.5 months, yea you can see a little bit being collected by the filter, but not enough to justify the insane price. The water is just as harsh and full of kalk. I’ve done a little experiment and scrubbed my shower of kalk before switching to the new filter. Two showers later it was all back again and continued building up cause surprise, surprise, the filter doesn’t work.
So, good job on customer service guys 🫶 but don’t waste 700 kr on this.
