The bus arrived on time but technical…
The bus arrived on time but technical conditions of the bus is far not the best. The bus shakes all the time as it goes, vibration is horrible. I was told that it has been reported to the management with no response, no solution. They have to check the balancing of the tires or the condition of the suspension.

Very positive experience with RedCoach…
Very positive experience with RedCoach so far! I’ve traveled with them four times, and the buses have been comfortable and usually on time. When there have been delays, they were understandable given traffic and road conditions. Their website is easy to use, and making changes to an existing trip is simple and convenient. I would definitely use RedCoach again.

Bus was late, seats were uncomfortable, bus driver was very nice. We paid for business class but there were no advantages for this seating class,

The bus was very clean
The bus was very clean. The biggest issue was the comfort level. 75% of the trip was bumpy! When we arrived on Jefferson Street in Houston, the driver didn’t say anything. He just got out and opened the luggage compartment!

Great on time ride. However, please consider some additional restroom facilities at the Orlando station. Employees were friendly and announcements were clear but add some restrooms!

Convenient, not luxurious
Overall I appreciated the convenience of my ride. This was my 2nd trip with Redcoach, and this particular bus was a little dirtier, the seats hadn't been cleaned, the bus was vibrating/shaking. The doors to the bathroom swung open (or maybe the smell is just that strong, wish there was a vent or something). It ran an hour late, but i think that was just traffic/people getting off when they shouldn't have. Love that the seats recline. Good but room for improvement.

when i was waiting for the bus on Saturday the bus come 8 minutes late from right time of when it needed to get there and the bus driver had me put my own luggage under the bus which i struggled to do that . but everything else was fine
