Excellent service. Great prices. Delivery to Portugal in 3 days. Good quality product.

Really poor tracking and communication. They send you an email to say the package has been sent, but not who the courier is and no tracking number so it´s very difficult to find out where your parcel is. After some investigation it turned out that the courier was GLS Spain (unfortunately - check their reviews!). There was poor communication from them as well which resulted in me having to find out where they had taken my parcel and go to collect it myself. I tried to contact Orion via email but received no response. Would not use again.

From preparing my order, comunication, delivery. Efficient, fast and professional.

I only do not give it a 5 star because the shelves are made of very thin wood.
I would suggest a little more thickness.

I ordered shelves 3 weeks ago but only received one third of my order. I sent lots of email to them, called many times, but couldn’t get any response about the remaining part of my order. This company is a fraud with no customer support. Don’t buy anything from them.

I never received the product. The chosen partner for delivery claimed that the address provided did not enable them to deliver correctly but all ways provided to add the missing door number failed. The hotline was either busy or the call was aborted, the website did only allow for modifications verified with a Spanish cellphone number. A mail I sent them was never ever answered.
It was a bad and time-consuming experience resulting in nothing other than problems. So far I also did not get my money back.

Prompt communication in perfect English, very kind people and amazing service. They are really helpful, patient, focused on problem solving, and they try whatever they can to give you a good experience in buying from them.

Punctual delivery.
The assembly instructions are poor, but, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out how the product needs to be assembled.
Overall an a good product at a very reasonable price.

I purchased some bulbs for my chandelier that are hard to find in Italy. At the reception I noticed that a piece was missing. Having pointed this out to the dealer, he promptly sent me, at jis own expense, the missing piece with another one as a gift. Always friendly communications and always ready to reply and available. Absolutely 5 stars dealer

Just excellent from start to finish
