★☆☆☆☆ Awful delivery management.ODE never calls the recipient to arrange a delivery time, so they always fail to deliver on time. I waited all dayconfirmation , no call, no time slot. only unusefully online info support AI , and always busy customer care phone number, For flowers/gifts, timing is everything. If you don't call to confirm when someone is home, you will always have failed deliveries.!! Every other courier calls before delivery. ODE doesn't. Result: wasted time, dead flowers, unhappy customers.Definitively changing flower provider if they don't confirm fix this basic service

Your order was scheduled for the 1–5 PM delivery window selected at checkout. Our driver arrived at 3:18 PM, within that window, but received no answer at the door or when calling the recipient. We were therefore unable to complete the delivery.
We use the selected window to schedule delivery rather than arranging a separate appointment with the recipient beforehand. This also allows us to deliver surprise gifts without requiring the recipient to respond in advance.
We received your message about 20 minutes ago, and our team is responding now to help coordinate a second delivery attempt. We’re happy to work with you to confirm a suitable window when someone will be available to receive the flowers.
