Last year I ordered flowers from The Bouqs company as a gift to my mom, but when they arrived they were not in good condition. I contacted The Bouqs company and they immediately gave me a credit for the full price of the flowers. Almost one year later I use the credit for more flowers for my mom, but this time they are gorgeous! Great customer service and beautiful flowers!

Not at all impressed and I went with this company from the number of high reviews it had. Maybe I overlooked this, but I think it's shameful for any floral delivery company to deliver flowers in a box! I could have done that through Amazon. But no, we wanted our colleague to have something special following her surgery and y'all delivered her flowers in a box because I set the delivery date to a different day. That shouldn't matter! You are a floral delivery company, and those flowers should have been arranged and delivered properly, especially for the amount I paid. Yall should honestly be ashamed of yourselves.

The flowers shipped are fresh and arrive well packaged. They have lasted longer than most bouquets I've sent. Recipients have been very happy. I sent some to myself and couldn't have been more pleased with the quality and beauty of the floral arrangement I received.

I like the subscription feature
I like the subscription feature, but it used to allow a better choice of timing to reorder. Now it is only limited to monthly or bi monthly orders. When I first joined it allowed for yearly (birthdays, valentines, anniversary) options. The flower choices also could be larger for subscriptions, since the cost is rising in a few weeks.
