Someone used my number to inquire about shipping a car. I have answered and told them I am not interested and they continue to call multiple times in a row. Gross

I needed to ship my car asap and I was introduced to Sam. He quickly found a driver for me and my car was delivered the same week. Sam was always available to respond to your questions. I will recommend Sam and his service anytime anyday and I will also be using Neptune Auto Transport again.

One of the worst companies charged me a deposit when they gave me a price and in the end I ended up paying much more money. I felt ripped off because they didn't give me the service or the price they guaranteed.

Sam Davis was absolutely fabulous throughout the entire process. He has been so supportive and responsive. I had never had this experience and he guided me through the process. I am so grateful to Dam for helping alleviate my stress. He is definitely a keeper!!

I have signed a contract with Neptune Auto Transport to ship a Mercedes Benz 2017 GLC 300 from San Jose CA to Alpharetta, GA in July 14, 2026. In order to get my business, they give me a fake price. The contract states the cost was $1000. However, on the day of pick up, i was told the cost to ship changed to $2300, a $1300 increase. This is not an honest contract, it is just a bait and switch scheme. This is abosultely not acceptable. After i reject their offer, i was offered $2200, $2100, and finally $1900, how can you charge me $2300 on the day of picking up, knowing that you can go as low as $1900? I did not use Neptune Auto Transport. I lost all the time to look for a new vender and eventually i have to spend $1900 with another vender because i dont have any other choices.

I had a great experience Fred was very helpful. Found me a driver with a price I could afford. He was very informative and answered any extra questions I had. Delivery of my vehicle was on time and a smooth transition. Overall great process!

Experience with Brad the agent at Neptune was amazing. Very helpful and informative. Gave me an honest estimate and updates throughout the process. Only problem I had was with the truck driver not updating me and coming later than promised (both pick up of vehicle and delivery).

Bulshit Company!

I was supposed to use this company and I am happy I didn't. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when I had told them that I decided to go with another company since they were unable to get back with me. From the brokers reply, I assume that they all sit in a room with other brokers (similar to a call center) taking phone calls, so they know which company you went with and they will try to belittle and haggle you. I would recommend that people cut out the broker and search for a company that will be directly handling your vehicle. The company that delivered my vehicle was KDN Transport Group LLC, USDOT: 4518172, MC: 1789724. The driver who had delivered my vehicle was very professional and nice. He also explained to be that a broker will always increase the price.

After the death of my sister, I made arrangemwnts to have a her car transported from Las Vegas to myself in New Jersey. Having requested assistance and quotes from several companies Neptune Auto Transport stood out way above the rest! This is 100% due to the attention, compassion and patience of Brad Williams, my customer service representative. There was quite a bit of legal red tape to work through before transferring the car to me, Brad kept in touch for more than a month until I was able to schedule pickup. He worked diligently in not only negotiating the best price but confirming door to door delivery to the remote location where I live. The transfer was seamless, with the car being delivered right on time in perfect condition. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Brad!

I would be remiss in not mentioning Daniel, the driver. He was a true gentleman and professional, even making sure I reset the mirrors before driving away! Overall a 10 out of 10 all around!

These people were great. They shipped two cars for me at a very reasonable rate. Professional and customer friendly.

Absolutely worst transport brokers to work with. These people are scanmers stay away from them, they want to make you pay a deposit and give you a reasonable quote after taking your deposit they make excuses nad want to charge you three time more than initially quoted and since they have your deposit you have no other choice. They say they have a driver but its all lies when you confirm with them they post it on a board and wait for transporters to give them their price which is never what they quoted you. The initial quote it just to lock you in trust me, after that they will make millions excuses of why that cant be rhe price . STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Can I give negative stars? We agreed to a price and I put down a deposit. Now he says the drivers will want more money and the price will change. We haven't even been driver options yet and Sam is keeping our deposit. Do not use this company.
