Royal Auto Ship LLC Reviews

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! Highly Recommended!

I had an excellent experience with Royal! Both my car and motorcycle were picked up and delivered right on time, exactly as promised. The driver was professional, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the process with accurate ETAs. Everything went smoothly from pickup to delivery, giving me complete peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for better service! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable, stress-free vehicle shipping. I would definitely use them again!

In a professional manner
“Highly recommend”

I was worried something would go wrong. That they would ask me to pay more than the final price and it was better than expected. Nelson helped me every step during the process, even when I was worried if my car was being delivered on time he help me by letting me know I can track the location. Both drivers and Agent were nice and helpful. The price considering a 20 hr drive to my delivery address was better than expected. I wouldn't trust the low prices other company's give because they will change the price to their Convenience.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Timely pick up and delivery as promised. Cost very competitive. Will recommend to others.

We agreed upon a pick up date of 8/21/2026 and a drop off date of 8/23/2026. Fun fact: you can't see the full agreement until after you sign what you think is the agreement. The delivery date now has the word "estimated" next to it. I agreed to pay an amount of $1,000.00 because of the promised timeline. The communication was terrible. I was told all day long that the driver would make the pick up time (before dealership closing) and then dispatch called to say (at the last minute) that he would not make it. I contemplated reneging the entire deal. To their credit - the driver picked up on the following morning. Once he picked up the delivery schedule immediately changed from sometime Monday to Tuesday or Wednesday. I threatened to file a complaint and withhold payment for every day the delivery was delayed. Majically - the truck arrived two miles from my home on Monday morning. It took 3 hours to offload the vehicle because another vehicle could not be started. If you want stress after you say "yes" - pick this company. I'm giving two stars because the vehicle was delivery without any damage.

Royal Auto Ship came to my rescue when the original company I booked with left me high and dry.
They gave me a fair price and my vehicle was picked up and delivered on the days scheduled. I would definitely use Royal Auto Ship in the future to transport my vehicle.

I had to get a Honda CRV moved from Denver, CO to St. Louis, MO. I was contacted by many brokers, but Luis at Royal Auto Ship stood out for his responsive and friendly service. He quoted me a great price (the actual price, not an estimate) and took very good care of me through the entire process. The car was picked up right away and delivered the next day with no damage. If I move another car, I will definitely be calling Luis again.

Great communication and speedy service. Happy to give you a 5-star review!Thank you!

I have used Royal Auto Ship(RAS) exclusively the past few years for the transportation of my son's vehicle from our home to him at college(out of state), as well as the return shipping back to home at the end of the school year. On average, I use RAS twice a year. I am very satisfied with the shipping services of Royal Auto Ship. The initial time I used RAS, I was concerned of shipping company scams. Royal Auto Ship is far from a dishonest company. Tim Bradley, the agent I work with is professional, responsive, and very helpful with the process. Tim continues to locate reliable transport companies that pick up and deliver the vehicle at my requested time frame and a reasonable price range for the shipping distance. Tim makes the shipping process smooth and stress free. On one occasion, the pick up driver RAS selected, canceled my vehicle pick up (on a Saturday) due to an emergency situation. I notified Tim of the situation and Tim located a new driver and my vehicle was picked up within hours, with no change in price. I have referred several fiends needing vehicle transport to Tim. I definitely recommend Tim and Royal Auto Ship to anyone needing a dependable company for vehicle transport. They have provided excellent service and I will continue use their transportation services.

Glad to work with luis
