Sent two cards on May Standard submission at the end of May 2026 and got them back from America and delivered to me on October 06th 2026. Well worth the wait and the cards look so good in a TAG slab. Will definitely use again!

They are active in discord, via email and genuinely helpful.

I swapped a tier, they did the legwork and both my cards are en route at the same time.

Yes, there have been speed bumps and the whole market has felt the strain but I would 100% recommend and they ARE my only go to grading service from now on.

Was a very straightforward process, it did take a while but that was due to a backlog at TAG themselves rather than the middleman. Helpful updates every couple weeks as to the stage in the process.
Will be using these guys again in future for grading.

I’ve submitted cards via Grade With Tag for around two years (consisting of about 100 cards) and each time they have provided exceptional service and I would highly recommend them (and their sister company Black Label Grading) to anyone looking to get card graded.

Can't fault anything at all with GWT. Had a issue with a priority order card, and the team did not stop until it was sorted.
Never dealt with a better company regarding communication, always there to help through the discord pretty much the same day, none of that back and forth with emails.
Highly recommend grading with tag through this company. you cant blame tag's slower turnaround time on them.

I've now used Grade with TAG for a couple of submissions, including both a regular and an Express order, and I can honestly say they've been great all round.

Getting cards to TAG from the UK would be a real headache without GWT, between international shipping, insurance, customs and paying in dollars. GWT take all of that off my hands. Pricing is clear and in pounds, the process of sending your cards in is straightforward, and you know exactly what you're paying for from the outset. For UK collectors it makes TAG properly accessible.

This is where GWT really stand out. Anyone who has submitted cards recently will know the grading industry as a whole has had a difficult time, with backlogs building up and turnaround times running well past what was originally quoted. My own submissions got caught up in that, and I won't pretend the wait wasn't frustrating at times.

What made the difference was how GWT handled it. Whenever I had a question they came back to me quickly, and they were always upfront about what was happening on TAG's end rather than fobbing me off with vague answers or copy and paste replies. They kept me updated on where my orders were in the queue and what was causing the delays, which is all you really want when things are out of your hands. It never felt like I was being left in the dark.

They've also been very good at keeping customers informed about the wider picture, including changes to services, turnaround estimates and what's going on behind the scenes at TAG. In an industry where a lot of companies go quiet when things get busy, that openness is genuinely refreshing and builds a lot of trust.

When my cards came back, the result wasn't brilliant, but has taught me a lot about the grading process and has been well worth the wait. The slabs look fantastic, and TAG's detailed grading reports give you a level of insight into each card that you just don't get elsewhere. Everything arrived back safely and well packaged.

Overall it's clear that GWT actually care about their customers and treat collectors with respect, not just as order numbers. They've been supportive throughout, even during a tough period for grading in general, and that's what earns loyalty. They're now my go to for getting cards graded with TAG from the UK, and I'd happily recommend them to any collector.

Awesome experience in current grading climate, was hesitant as I had only previously graded with ace as grading with a more prestigious company more challenging when in the UK.
Granted some reviews do tank this company due to the duration however gradewith tag give you monthly update email, it isn't their fault that the demand is so high.

Will be using again (when pull something decent) very trustworthy as may have undercooked value of cards on the insurance based on grades eventually got. Cards currently worth nearly 3 times more than insurance cover however all cards returned and none magically disappeared.

Will use again , well worth the wait.

GWT, a shipping service to TAG themselves, is a great service. With everyone wanting to grade their cards, valuable or not, it’s caused a backlog with every reputable grading company including TAG. As a service, GWT kept me in the loop and answered any questions asked, no matter how many times it was asked by other people

With constant support via discord, updates, chases, and full transparency was offered at every opportunity

They also worked late regularly to ensure all our needs were met, and the graded cards were back with us ASAP

I have used GWT multiple times in the past year to submit to TAG, and every time, their services have been nothing but amazing.

They have been very helpful on Discord every time I have a query and have tried their best to fulfil my request. (Special thanks to Poke_Mik) And thanks to them, I was able to get my first Pristine 10 slab from TAG.

There were a few delays during this period, which were completely out of GWT's control, but even so, they have been consistently responding and communicating to keep us updated. Hopefully, with the backlogs cleared, the usual turn arounds shall resume soon in the future.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend using them as the middleman for TAG in the UK.

Used GWT as a middle man to send some of my sons Pokémon Cards to the US. Dropped off in person at their office and was advised that the turnaround time is quite long due to all US companies starting to get a massive backlog. Using their discord was a god send for updates and communication and was always kept up to date with deliveries and movements. Will be using again.

Response time to questions was always amazing and the service was amazing.

GWT are great, answered every question and made the process seamless. Time it took for my subs to be returned was a pain but not their fault. Great service.

Team is very helpful and flexible sorting out issues with my submissions. During difficult times with grading turnarounds and change of systems they went above and beyond manually getting grading info and pushing through return postage once it landed back with them. Industry wide grading delays for all companies don't reflect on the GWT team. People I can trust with my expensive collectibles both personally and as a business. TAG slabs are without a doubt the best product on the market in both aesthetics & transparency in how they have graded.

Sent 10 cards for grading, the team was extremely communicative, hardworking and had to proccess subs manually doe to TAG's backlog which added a lot more work. The cards still arrived MUCH earlier than I ever expected , even with the 400% over capacity going on at the time with TAG. Any question was immediatly answered on Dirscord and they even reached out to refund me when they realized that I bought 11 slots and only sent 10 cards. They manually went throught each submission. Thank you so much to the team for my very first experience with grading , I felt very at ease and happy and I knew at all times what was going on and at what stage they were at. Great quality, great service,immediate response time, I recommend it a lot.

Submitted 11 May on the X Standard service, advertised at ~45 business days. It's now 24 September and my cards are still at the verification stage.

The TAG backlog is industry-wide and I don't blame Grade With TAG for it. What I do blame them for is the description.

TAG paused Standard submissions on 1 May. I was sold one on 11 May at ~45 business days.

TAG then told me in writing that international affiliate submissions "often move slower through all processes" and don't advance until the whole batch is approved. Grade With TAG's site promises UK collectors "faster turnaround times, simplified processes". Going through them appears to have made my submission slower than going direct.

I've asked about that twice. Still unanswered.

Refund declined on terms and conditions covering TAG changing its estimates — which isn't the issue I raised.

If you use this service, know that you're joining a bulk batch moving at the speed of its slowest card. That isn't stated anywhere before you pay.

Very responsive even out of office hours, team goes above and beyond to respond every question
