I'm obsessed with the Affirmation Straight Leg sweatpants and got the hoodie too in Hunter green, but didn't find luck on another pair of sweatpants I liked. I got my daughter the Halo ones and they're a higher cotton content and the softest of all of them! Exchanges were a bit challenging but I am still wearing these sweats literally daily. So comfortable and cute as a set; for someone who never wears sweats or PJs out of the house, now I do!

Do not buy from Comfrt. If you ever have to exchange an item, they will take your merchandise and keep your money.
​I sent an item back for an exchange. While they delayed handling it, the replacement item went out of stock. Instead of issuing a full refund to my card or returning my original item, they unilaterally closed my return and forced an unwanted store credit on me.
​When I contacted customer service repeatedly to demand my money back or my original merchandise, they refused to help and simply said the return was already "completed and closed." They essentially stole my money and have zero customer service accountability.
​I have had to involve my bank to dispute the transaction and take action to recover funds they refused to return. This company's business practices are completely unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs

I have a person sweatshirt and a cat sweatshirt (xxs). I love the you matter line and the message behind it. They do well communicating and having fast shipping as well

If zero was an option it would be that. I ordered shoes, attempted to cancel my order and was told I would really like my shoes and they were going to send them anyway and I could just return them. After delivery I attempted to return the shoes. I was told I had to return them to china despite the shipping label being from New Jersey. Now when I contact them it is all automated responses. Do not order from this website.

I could fit 3 heads in the hood alone! This hoodie is super heavy and extremely uncomfortable.

I saw the ad on Facebook and clicked it. I bought directly from Comfrt, not a third party. After spending $80, I found out NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES!!

The advertising completely oversold this product. I wasted $80 on a hoodie I can’t comfortably wear and can’t return.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this is one of them. I want other people to know before they make the same mistake.

I wore the Minimalist Straight Leg Set in white for our pajama party after saying “I do,” and I can’t say enough about how cute and comfortable it was! Such a perfect, cozy outfit for celebrating after our wedding!

The site is easy to use. Quick delivery and the clothing is so comfortable! I started with a hoodie for my dog and me and now I have sweatpants for my husband, me and an additional hoodie for my dog. Comfrt is my new obsession!

I’ve had many positive experiences with Comfrt. From keeping me completely warm and dry while the rest of the campers were miserable, to cuddling my tiger blanket on my saddest day to getting a replacement hoodie when one came damaged. No matter what, they always come through. I’m obsessed.

I got the waffle sweater and lined pants from comfrt and… IM IN LOVE!!! This will be my perfect lounge set and the colours are so amazing!! I got the wine/burgundy colour and it’s so pretty! And the pants have pockets! Def get a set. Don’t wait

This company sent me the wrong blanket- I ordered a heated blanket and they sent a regular one. After 6 days of 3 requests for the same pictures and picture of a sku label that does not exist they informed I needed to return the heated blanket that I DID NOT RECEIVE to get a refund. What is wrong with this company? I have spent thousands with them and the first time they mess up I’m treated like nuisance garbage. The AI slop garbage responses are infuriatingly condescending and nonsensical. Never again will I spend another penny with them.

I bought 2 hoodies. We followed the direction for washing. Once they were washed they are no longer soft and fluffy. I have had the hoodie for 9 months now and suddenly there is a patch on the arm wear the material has visibly thinned out almost like what happens at an elbow, but this is on the front of the arm. I would not buy these hoodies ever again.

Unfortunately they won't let you submit a review without giving them 1 star. Definitely zero star company took the money out of my account never sent me a receipt or confirmation email and then respond within 1 minute of trouble email obviously from AI and cant find my order with my email or zip code. Keep asking for order # they never gave me. Sent pics of bank statement showing they took the money and sent them detailed list of items purchased and they still dont see anything. I have now reported them as a fraudulent company to my bank hoping I can get my 16 year olds hard earned money back for the 3 items she was so excited to purchase. Nothing short of all bad business. Wish I had of read the reviews before I allowed her to get robbed by these people.
