I ordered an advent calendar of ‘felt’ mice Christmas decorations . This was absolutely false advertising. They are not felt but brittle cheap small plastic decorations. They are nothing like the description - don’t believe a word they say !!!

The so called “ felt mouse advent calendar “ £26.75 , was in fact a cheap cardboard box with a collection of tiny PLASTIC mice , totally misleading as no felt animals at all, Totally waste of time, DO Not Buy!

Stay away from this company they got me today to cancel my resolution with Paypal once you do that you cannot reopen the case. They have ripped me off £43. They sent me a jacket which was too small was fake and absolutely rubbish. This company will rip you off. Please take note. Don’t let what happened to me happen to you. Please read and share. I’m in touch with Google to try and bring them down off their website and Paypal is gonna strike them and assist the companies of the list due to thousands complaints of they’ve taken your money and not paying back.

Very poor service, I was looking for some winter slippers for my husband he has a big foot 50/51 eu size, that’s what I’ve ordered received 45/46 eu size, tried contacting customer service, unfortunately no response.

Ordered some joggers for my daughter and they sent some which do not resemble the photo at all! They werent even the same colour and dreadful quality. Im still trying to get a refund. They offered a part refund??? No you haven't sent what I ordered!

The order did arrive... eventually. In any case, I ordered two sizes. Kept the one that fit. Attempted to return the other. I wrote to Joom with this request, as there is no other way to contact them. No response.

You will never, ever be able to return anything.

To get a refund for a coat I ordered Joom is making very strange demands. I must cut the jacket into four or five pieces and send pictures of it. Pertemba (the seller on the Joom platform) had offered me a full refund without returning the coat. I don't want to keep the jacket so I want to give it away to a thrift shop. Then someone else can use it. Joom doesn't want that, they want me to destroy a perfectly good jacket, so no one else can use it. I refuse to do so and decline on the offered refund. It is unacceptable for me to follow these crazy demands. Joom is not interested in environment or circular economy. They are stuck in their own strange way of thinking. Realise that when you do business with Joom.

Ultra! choice for ordering rare originals and quality n cheap, high ends!!.

This is a scam online shops! I order 3 different aromatherapy of Aesop body gel and hand gel. When I opened them to smell the aroma, to my shock! 3 bottles with the SAME smell and they smell like detergent!!? I checked the packaging : it’s shipped out from China factories!! Scam !!! Scam!! Scam!!

Very poor quality bath robe I ordered this for my elderly sister . Supposed to be cotton . I very much dispute that really thin and not absorbent . The website is very hard to navigate. I will never order from them again and advise you not to also .

Different pair of shoes delivered to that ordered. Not Leather, higher heel, different top design. Took a long time to arrive. I immediately requested refund. Was offered 50% off. Refused that and was immediately told that a full refund was on the way and to keep the shoes. Very disappointed and won't bother with them again.

Ordered some boots listed as leather with a a London and EU address, the goods came from China! They arrived but were not leather absolutely reeked of plastic and rubber, refused a refund have had to go back to my credit card company hoping to reverse the payment. Asked for a return postage label, no response and cant find a return address anywhere 😫

I find it very hard to keep in touch, I have now just completed a second request today, for a refund.

If I could leave a zero review ,I would! I purchased a plastic laptop bottom cover and it arrived completely broken badly packaged inside a plastic envelope without any protection .Went to the app to request a refund and Joom applied only a 50% refund? What?!? I didn't choose this! I had to open a PayPal dispute as this company is behaving dishonestly! I will get my bank involved and the UK authorities if a full refund is not given! My first and last order with Joom! Keep away!

I was a bit scared reading bad reviews after I placed an order. But I got everything in a 10 days and happy with product. They constantly asking in email to download their app, but I ignored it.
The same time I got fake emails, so I think our data leaking somewhere.

I ordered a handbag back in July. I waited for a month and it never arrived. No reason given. No updates given. Very frustrating. I asked for a refund and it was refused. They told me I had to wait until the 12th October! Disgusting to make someone wait so long. Ive requested a refund today and hopefully will get it. Other orders I made were delivered.

Purchased a Gents Polo Shirt (L)
I'm usually a "Large" size, but the Joom size was "Snug" which I don't like. So would recommend if you do buy I say get the size up from normal.
The Product quality was just OK, but not as good as I would have liked, as I paid £27 for the top. Delivery is also quite slow.

Awful quality coat. Nothing like on the picture and I didn't have high expectations anyway. Different material, no linings, as if they made it up with their left foot for 3 minutes, no respect to customers. Never again.
