This was my first visit to Aztec Candle Supply & it didn’t disappoint. I had no idea what I was doing lol..but the staff was patient & really helped me find exactly what I was needing. Even 1 of their long time customers was so helpful. I’m over the moon with the wax & FO’s I purchased. I’ll definitely be shopping there again & I recommend it to everyone !!

I’ve been ordering from Aztec Candles for a year or so now and recently bought some glass jars for candles. Big MISTAKE. They came broken and not only didn’t they replace them they said they would refund me for 3 of them and never even did that. And more often than not when I do order fragrance oil there’s at least one of them open and leaking…

This is my favorite company to get all my candle making supplies all in one place! Affordable and great products!

I placed an order n September 25, today is October 13 and still waiting on a box of wax. There was no communication that the waxes I had ordered were on back order. I was able to order and pay with no issues. I emailed and was told I would get my boxes shipped on Oct 12, I now have 1 box of the 2. Called yesterday and now the other is to be to them maybe Wed. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known it was on backorder. Customer service told me twice during the call that I had my order shipped and gave me the date it was delivered. I had to tell her twice that I only received 1 of the 2 ordered. She just said "oh, I see that now" and giggled. I've been ordering from Aztec for a few years and this is the first something like this has happened. I just would have liked better communication about my order and the main issue was I was able to order and pay, but no communication at all that the waxes were not available. I do see now that you cant even order the wax I bought as it says back order, but why was that not the case when I ordered?

The candle oils are great! Only complaint I have is in shipping I have received two orders that had leaked everywhere and was a huge oily mess. Aztec has great customer service both orders were resent with no problem.
