Ei onnistu tilattu paketin nouto. Kahtena päivänä jo pitänyt tulla kuljettajan noutamaan ja aika sovittu. Ei ole näkynyt ketään.

Scammer company, sells out-of-date products disguised as current. Plantui seed pods expired in 2017, with a sticker over it saying an expiry date in 2024..

We were given a car with tyre pressure light on (Barcelona airport). Staff said it's in perfect condition. Two days later one tyre is completely empty. Called Recordgo airport office for 30 minutes before a girl picked up. She said we have to pay for everything and they will not give us a replacement car even though they had them available. Asked for her name, she gave a fake name (when calling the office later another person said there is no one by that name there..) and said they will not even call back when the tyre has been changed. "If you want something in life it's better you call yourself", she advised :D Car was towed away and we were without car for two days. Then they called that we should come pick up the car at our expense if we wanted it back. So in summary: we got a car with a punctured tyre, got stranded at the countryside when it emptied completely, were left without replacement car, got super rude "customer service" and they tried to make us pay for their mistake all the way :.D This company is a joke. Stay far away.

Received wrong size, still they tried to make me pay for return or keep the product with a partial refund. Had to threaten with issuing a chargeback through credit card company before they refunded in full.

Everything worked great.
