I sent back pants and sweaters because they were way too large for the sizing. I photographed every piece together with the postage paid and emailed the information back to them. They have neither acknowledged nor refunded me. There has just been radio silence.

Awful company. You aren’t able to get a refund. I suspect they are operating in China & marketing themselves as a western brand but awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Sadly due to my shopping experience I will NEVER buy from this company again . Placed an order valued at £450 ( 19 items) and needed to return 7 . I was offered a 30% refund to keep the items but they were too small so not an option . They then made me list every item that I was returning to the detail description/colour/size / cost and then take pictures of the parcel on the scales at the post office before uploading all this along with proof of postage and tracking. Ridiculous and a ploy to make you think it’s too much like hard work … maybe I won’t bother returning ! Cost me £12.45 to return due to insuring it for £130 and reached service . Two delivery attempts made at the return address supplied… no one there … parcel taken to depot and no one prepared to collect it . 7 emails sent by myself to try and find out what is going on and no responses . After a last attempt strongly worded email last night I got my refund today . Unnecessarily stressful and appalling customer service . Beware

Extremely frustrating return and refund experience. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CRZ Yoga.

I am trying to return my order within the stated 30-day refund period and have paid for a tracked return delivery. However, after finally being provided with the return address, Royal Mail has now attempted delivery three times, and on each occasion nobody has been available to receive the parcel.

This is becoming extremely frustrating and is completely outside of my control. I have been actively trying to return the goods within the required timeframe, yet I am now concerned that I could be disadvantaged or lose my right to a refund because the return address does not appear to have anyone available to accept the delivery.

I have contacted CRZ Yoga and asked them to confirm when someone will actually be available to receive the return, but this situation should never have become this difficult.

I am simply asking for a straightforward return and refund, and I expect CRZ Yoga to take responsibility for resolving this issue and confirm that my refund will not be affected by their failure to accept the delivery.

I hope CRZ Yoga responds to this review and resolves the matter promptly.

I have reached out multiple times to their customer support but not even one reply. I have missing items from my order but they are not responding!

This company sucks.

I ordered 3 sets of tights. The advertising on one set was misleading, the sizing runs large, the fabric is significantly thinner than advertised, the 'hold' of them is non-existent, and worst of all is the customer service. I have been actively chasing a return on the falsely advertised tights for over two weeks now, and they have responded to all of ONE of my seven emails, telling me I could return at my own cost, or get a 30% refund and not return their crappy product. And once I replied that I want a return, ghosted again. I'm nearing the point of a charge back for fraud, ngl.

Returned x2 tops thar not suitable , with pictures of weight and receipt of return posting . 2 weeks later still no reply or refund !!!!!

Die Qualität der bestellten Jacke ist gut. Leider ist der Schnitt vom Bikini Oberteil und Hose unmöglich. Habe sie an die Kleiderspende geschickt und nichts mehr gehört. Ich werde bei Crzyoga definitiv nichts mehr bestellen .

Extremely frustrating return experience. I returned a large order through La Poste but was not given the specific receipt CRZ YOGA now requires. Despite the parcel being returned to them, they are unwilling to process my refund without this document. I’ve tried to find a reasonable compromise, but the process has been unnecessarily difficult and disappointing.

The leggings are amazing - I would suggest sizing down as they are extremely stretchy if you want to wear for proper lifting in the gym! Customer service also a good experience!

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen, habe zwei Oberteile bestellt. Die haben eine sehr gute Qualität und sitzen super am Körper.

Schneller Versand war innerhalb einer Woche bei mir, musste die erste Bestellung retournieren, die Größen fallen etwas größer aus zumindest bei den Artikeln die ich bestellt habe. Aber auch dort habe ich am nächsten Tag eine Antwort bekommen und hatte mehrere Optionen wegen der Rücksendung, habe mich dann für das zurückschicken auf eigene Kosten entschieden, ist etwas blöd aber mittlerweile hat man das bei deutschen Shops auch vermehrt. Darunter gab es noch die Option vom Umtausch oder Prozente auf die nächste Bestellung.
Kundenservice ist meiner Meinung nach also auch super.

They sent USED pants. 12 days and 20 emails later no response. I bought 2 pairs final sale. One perfectly fine. The other no tags and in a return Amazon bag. They asked for pics. I sent. No response after that. Radio silent. And guess what? No phone number. So no one has to respond if he responsible. I now have to contact credit card company to dispute. I asked for a new pair of pants and how to return these DNA infused pants or give me my 20 bucks back. Horrible company.

Avoid this company entirely.
I ordered leggings from Crzy Yoga. They were delivered to the wrong address. I never received my product.
When I reported the delivery failure to Fidelia Lan (customer service), she insisted the parcel had been delivered to my correct address, despite clear evidence it had not. When I pushed back, she demanded I provide surveillance footage from my building to prove the error was theirs.
My building has no cameras. This was an impossible, unreasonable demand designed to deflect responsibility onto me for their failure.
I then requested a refund for the item I never received. Crzy Yoga refused point-blank. They offered a replacement instead, but only while explicitly claiming that all my consumer rights — returns, refunds, protection — were “invalid.”
This is illegal. UK and EU consumer protection laws are not optional. Demanding impossible “proof” from a customer to cover up a delivery failure is unacceptable and frankly insulting.
Fidelia Lan’s handling was dismissive and obstructive. She shifted burden of proof onto me rather than taking accountability for their error.
I paid for a product I never received and was denied the refund I’m legally entitled to. Report them to Trading Standards. Do not give them your money.

I tried very hard to have a satisfactory experience with CRZ YOGA, but the return process was unnecessarily difficult.

I returned two pairs of pants at my own expense and followed every instruction provided. I supplied photographs of the package weight, the return label attached to the package, and the USPS receipt with the tracking number. USPS confirmed that the package was received on August 19, 2026. CRZ YOGA stated that the refund would be processed after a five-working-day inspection period, but my refund was not posted until September 21—and only after I contacted the company again.

I did eventually receive the full $85.06 refund, but the process took more than a month after the merchandise was received. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Do not purchase from the website. £60 out of pocket and nothing delivered. No photo or accurate tracking data either to trace the items. I have made several enquiries with the courier and cars yoga with no responses.

Awful customer service. I needed to return due to sizing and the process has been days of cumbersome, tedious back and forth with customer service who really seem like they are trying to go out of their way to make it so you can’t return. Finally after 6 or more emails they have now said I can return but have added a bunch of conditions to the return asking for multiple photos, package pictures, evidence of shipping, use of original mailing envelopes, etc. and they might still not accept the return after all that until they do a final inspection of what you have provided. So if I miss a step I’ve just spent a lot of time and effort to mail them items and lose money.

Shocking customer service buy from a shop not worth the hassle ordered a top size says up to 109 it arrived measuring 144 apparently sizing ( even if been made wrong is not a defect) also you have to return to Hong Kong 😡 no refund

Good website but poor quality products, and very poor returns service. The return address is a post office collection point and you must provide proof of package size, weight, postage cost and receipt by sending photos. All do they can manage their returns. Refusing a refund on confirmed delivered products until you provide that information. Won’t order again, they’ve made it too hard for products that aren’t worth the effort.

Do not buy from this company. They don’t accept returns, I bought clothes on sale , the clothes were big. Told me since I bought them on sale worth £60 I can’t return or get exchange. It’s crazy, I recently bought clothes on sale from other companies and was able to return free of charge. Here is their response:

Never order from them again.. ordered two sizes small and xs...decided to keep one and they clearly dont want to accept a return...clearly not getting back to you within 30 days. What company do you have to email to ask for a return. Be warned
