Nightmare on Scotland 4 days TOUR
4 days Scotland tour stating 28/08/2026. Coach No 25. Tour Manager Mr Joshi. Our coach remained hot without AC turned on during long journey to Glasgow from London. After complaining to startour team from the coach heating issue got resolved after 4 hours. We were in Glasgow for 3 nights. They didn't provide room service for all three nights. Those needing complimentary towels tea bags which is standard practice even in2 star hotels were totally ignored. All passengers were fuming with anger and Mr Joshi suggested to elert star tours team. Rooms and hotel remained dirty and smelly. Apart from lunch at Edinburgh, food was sub-standard (low quality). After our successful 14 day star tour with Chirag and good service received, we had hoped for similar good service in this current scotland tour on coach no. 25. Honestly this was our worst experience ever in our life. This has displeased all passengers and we're sure you would have received similar complaints from other passengers. As goodwill all passengers deserve back some refund for our bad experience. In the end we were asked to drop our room keys in box stuck in ground floor., culprits remained UNSEEN.! What a joke

The engineer who visited last was a jem. He finished his job with care and professionalism and his attitude was very friendly and positive.

WE choose Boilerhut for the very competitive price of the boiler package which included 12 years warranty. Having read reviews from their customers, including also in Trust pilot, Boilerhut inevitably looked to be a good choice to purchase a replacement boiler. We purchased the boiler online, then spoke to Paul from Boilerhut about fitting the boiler.
After carefully considering the all the pros and cons on replacing our 25 year old still poorly working Vaillient BOILER replacement at our house with my wife we decided to purchase, VIESSMANN BOILER, widely popular in Europe but still little known in UK. About the Boiler 👇👇

Even repaired a small water leak which he noticed though not his job.

I was told yesterday that delivery was coming from 8am to 11pm and now got message saying coming today .. Can I claim any compensation for was wasting my time and their excuse was their Van broke down. Message came well late
What's going on. I'm still waiting for this delivery to come today.

I never give negative comments but after some bad experience I would like to throw some light on this PARCELFORCE ... Unlike Amazon, Hermes, Yodel, DHL, DPD, MPD etc. and few many more .. This PARCELFORCE Worldwide service hasn’t moved with the TIME & no surprise that they’ve lost a lot of their business to other competitive parcel businesses .. their tracking system is extremely very poor and not upto the current standards ... and their drivers are aware of this lapse and often gives bad service by returning the PARCEL back to DEPO with false excuses .. it’s nightmare to get straight answers from their inquiry system where you’re passed on and not giving return calls ... very bad service and I’ve suffered from their bad service .. at this rate they’ll loose even more BUSINESS IN coming future ...
