Wonderful experience with STAR TOURS- MAJESTIC EUROPE. My wife & I (from Nepal) recently completed a 14- day Majestic Europe Tour with Star Tours, and it was truely wonderful & memorable experience. We sincerely appreciate the excellent organisation n management by Star Tours. A special thanks to our Tour Operator, Mr. Neville, for his friendly, helpful, professional n caring approach, an for keeping everything well coordinated throughout the tour. We are also very grateful to Mr.Paul for his safe driving. Patience & professionalism, handling long journeys across different countries n roads with such care n effeciency is highly commendable. The wonderful destinations, smooth organisation,friendly fellow travellers n dedicated efforts of Mr.Neville & Mr. Paul made our European Holiday exciting,comfortable n memorable. Coach Guide Binay Shatti and Coach Driver Morgen were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire tour. They were both friendly, professional, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and well looked after.

They went above and beyond to make the journey enjoyable and stress-free, while also creating a really positive atmosphere within the group. They were always attentive to everyone’s needs, helpful whenever anyone needed assistance, and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.

Their kindness, patience, and great attitude really added to the overall experience. I’m very grateful for all their hard work and would be more than happy to travel with them again. They are a great team and a real credit to the tour.

Amazing tour operators amongst all, is our opinion for Star Tours. Best amongst rest. Total professionalism at all levels. We toured to the new BAPS Temple, Paris. Star Tours liason with the temple management for the devotees was individually personalised to take all worries off our head. From the start of bookings, advise, communications, the knowledgeable staff teams, jewel of the crown.
Our special thanks goes to tour guide Mr Neeraj Sharma he is full of historical knowledge of France, sites, immigration. He is very cool headed, calm and restores faith of us all. We rested our faith in his abilities for which there wasn't a moment of doubts. The pilot (Mr Fish) once again very calm driver with full knowledge of routes, driving with full patience in full comfortable speed, yet all within specified time set. On the contrary all the teams did exceptional services.
I will always travel with Star Tours and highly recommend anyone to use the STAR TOURS.

Went on 6 days italy tour with CHIRAG DHOLAKIA from 8th to 13th September. It was a fairly decent pleasant well planned and organised tour which i thoroughly enjoyed and wish lasted longer however I also felt with few improvements it could have been better. To begin with I felt the music on the coach was too low volume I could barely hear anything and not once did I hear the tour guide CHIRAG stress the importance of seat belt usage which should be repeated constantly to people. When we went on the Florence tour we had to do a long walk in the heavily pouring rain which gave me anxiety and also we had to walk through very narrow streets with cars closely driving past extremely fast which felt very scary and unsafe. Also the headphones in the tour kept falling out of my ears, they should provide in ear phones and the lady doing the tour in Florence was very difficult to understand and appeared to be rambling on without proper clarity or knowledge. In the meals we were not provided with normal juice it was just fizzy drinks and alcohol. The Rome night tour with photo stops was so annoying as we got back to the hotel very late and we had to wake up early the following day. We reached the hotel past 11pm, I don't think this part of the tour was necessary as it finished so late and could have been completed during daytime hours as its better to reach hotel by 8 to 9pm so one can relax and reflect on the day and not go to sleep immediately. The queue to enter the cathedral in Vatican city was too long and we could have been pre warned about this as it felt stressful. In Pisa we visited a restaurant Santa Maria for Italian food but the portion sizes and choice was lacking. No drinks were served and no choice of different pizza types. Also on the last day in Rome in the morning the Italian driver did an emergency stop when a dog ran out of the motorway, i felt this was unnecessary and dangerous and could have been avoided. Overall it was a decent enjoyable tour which could have been better with few changes and adjustments. I hope Star Tours can read the feedback and make some efforts to improve because the customer's views should matter for continued business. Great immense hardworking effort noticed on tour guide CHIRAG'S part but please also be open to feedback and constructive criticism, there's no such thing as perfect and people can always improve. Also there was an extremely rude and annoying South Indian lady called BHARTI on this trip who was travelling alone and just kept grabbing people on the tour to take photos of herself or for company use. It was clear she was just using people for her own benefit. On many occasions I also heard her bitching about other people on the tour and their clothing, dress sense etc. Mrs BHARTI please do not travel alone in the future if you are going to keep disturbing and intruding on others its very cheap and low class behaviour, and don't talk trash about other people whilst on the tour. Seriously get a proper life and come with a friend or family member.

It was well organised. Ratan out tour guide explained everything every day in detail. Drive was so good. In sort time we covered all most everything . I love to go with Star Tours again and Ratan too

I recently done 8 days London and Scotland trip through Star Tour. Happy to give 'very good' remarks on my feedback.
First : the dealing at Ahmedabad office was fantastic. Promt information by Divya Chauhan helped me a lot, solving doubts, giving confidence @ sevices and conducting of Star Tour, England. Other necessary things to be taken into account.
Reaching England, the tour conducted by tour manager, Rishi was fantastic..May be his kindness, communication during travel and in written in WhatsApp group, knowledge, zeal to create tempo, maintaining good house keeping in the coach, lovely not allowing bringing hot snacks,ice-cream etc. He helped everybody to get good tea,coffee, ordering veg eatables, good shopping tips and so many things without any expectation..
The driver was so nice..not a single short break or jurk..this is not easy thing.
The overall experience was fantastic, including our co-travellers.😀👌

Really well organised. Driver Cormac was an excellent driver, very patient and friendly.
Ratan was excellent as tour manager kept us updated of any literary changes and we really enjoyed ourselves with her. A very friendly, bubbly person

This was my fourth trip with star tours
I think for three days trip. I had spent two days coming and going, because more time is wasted waiting to board farry at each port.
If only star tours give choice to passengers to go by Eurostar or flight.

Our tour manager, Ratan Rabadiya was helpful with information of the tour prior and post booking and during the tour she went beyond expectations to make sure the group had been informed about any challenges and or changes that would need to be made and ensured each one of our expectations were managed.
Also, the coach was very comfortable, clean with toilet facility.
As this was a large group, the only recommendation I would make is that everyone be given name badge so we can all identify each other but this is a very small suggestion 😀

Really happy to share my views in this forum about our experience with STAR TOURS at Teynampet the Travel advisor Mr. SUBRAMANIAN Was so supportive right frombthe start to finish . Truly concerned about our travel took immense care to guide us thru the procedures to be followed for our Visa. The documentation process his prompt attention nd very caring reply was really very comforting for us .Overall he is an asset to Star Tours very very humble nd professional. I'm again happy to write this experience with STAR tours. True professionalism

A special mention to our tour guide, Chitrangi, who is an amazing person—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole trip successful, enjoyable, and truly memorable.

Sonia organized everything perfectly for my private group. Everything she promised was delivered exactly as discussed, and she made sure every detail was arranged smoothly. We truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail.

Our panoramic trip to Europe was excellent.Our tour guide kamal was very knowledgeable throughout our trip and made sure we were all fine.
And also the driver Faisal was excellent too. Especially he drove us safely to the bendy roads of Switzerland.

Nightmare on Scotland 4 days TOUR
4 days Scotland tour stating 28/08/2026. Coach No 25. Tour Manager Mr Joshi. Our coach remained hot without AC turned on during long journey to Glasgow from London. After complaining to startour team from the coach heating issue got resolved after 4 hours. We were in Glasgow for 3 nights. They didn't provide room service for all three nights. Those needing complimentary towels tea bags which is standard practice even in2 star hotels were totally ignored. All passengers were fuming with anger and Mr Joshi suggested to elert star tours team. Rooms and hotel remained dirty and smelly. Apart from lunch at Edinburgh, food was sub-standard (low quality). After our successful 14 day star tour with Chirag and good service received, we had hoped for similar good service in this current scotland tour on coach no. 25. Honestly this was our worst experience ever in our life. This has displeased all passengers and we're sure you would have received similar complaints from other passengers. As goodwill all passengers deserve back some refund for our bad experience. In the end we were asked to drop our room keys in box stuck in ground floor., culprits remained UNSEEN.! What a joke
With our Europe tour last night in Paris room no 546 we were beaten by bedbugs. Chirag was elerted in the morning. Hope you

i recently travelled with star tours on the 3 day paris, this was my first time travelling abroad, but everything went smoothly from start to finish, it was amazing more to say.

A Special mention and huge thank you to Our tour guide Rishi, he was absolutely amazing! he is so Humble, patient and kind, always smiling, always happy to help and answered every question, and made sure felt safe and looked after the whole time.

the whole booking process, the coach, the driver, the hotel - everything was good value and well organised.but it was Rishi wonderful attitude that made the trip unforgettable.He is a credit to star tours and he is brillant!

Had a great experience on the Lake District & Peak District 3-day trip. Everything was very well organised, the itinerary was great, and the whole trip was enjoyable and hassle-free.

I recently had the pleasure of travelling on the 4-day London–Glasgow–Edinburgh tour with Star Tours, from 28th to 31st August, and I can honestly say that it was an exceptionally well-organised, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

A very special mention must go to our Tour Manager, Ms. Niyati, and our Coach Captain, Mr. Jasbir, whose dedication, professionalism, and commitment made this trip truly outstanding.

Ms. Niyati was exceptionally capable in managing the entire group. She was organised, approachable, courteous, patient, and always attentive to the needs of the travellers. Her excellent communication and human-management skills ensured that everyone knew where to be, when to be there, and what to expect. She provided useful information about the places we visited and handled the group with remarkable efficiency and warmth. Even during busy moments, she remained calm, composed, and helpful.

Mr. Jasbir deserves equally high praise for his exceptional driving skills. Driving a coach through long distances, busy roads, unfamiliar routes and changing weather conditions requires enormous concentration and expertise. We always felt safe and comfortable under his care. His smooth, confident and responsible driving was particularly impressive. Despite the demanding itinerary, we reached our destinations safely and, in most cases, right on time.

What impressed me most was the perfect coordination between Ms. Niyati and Mr. Jasbir. Their teamwork ensured that the tour ran remarkably smoothly. The itinerary was conducted in a disciplined yet pleasant manner, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful destinations without unnecessary stress.

From the perspective of a traveller, a successful group tour requires much more than simply visiting places. It requires safety, punctuality, good communication, organisation, patience and genuine care for the passengers. This team delivered all of these exceptionally well.

The journey through Scotland, including Glasgow and Edinburgh, was beautiful, but the professionalism of the team made the experience even more special. Their efforts allowed us to relax, enjoy the scenery, learn about the places we visited, and create wonderful memories.
