Prompt response and a very helpful conversation with Zahida in the Welcome Team. She was able to answer my questions quickly and to my satisfaction.

Mike firstly was a listener and took on board our needs. He was then able to make an excellent proposal for a broadband service to start when our current contract (with a different ISP) comes to an end. He did not pressure me when I explained that I will take a day or two think about the proposal and arranged for a call back later in the week. After emailing him with a few queries, he phoned to answer my questions, and again without any pressure, I decided to accept the offer he had proposed.

Second time we've used this company to connect with a cruise coach to Southampton from Trowell Services on the M1. Better than good they were excellent going beyond the ordinary taxi service helping with luggage and passengers with limited mobility. Good communications, just tell them your requirements and they go out of their way to meet customer needs. Our return journey a few days ago was delayed an hour and a half departing Southampton. But keeping them informed with latest estimated arrival time Shaami was at Trowell Services before all our luggage was taken off the coach. Shaami and Alibaba are highly recommended and hope they can do the same journeys for us later this year when we're off on another cruise.

Although we were due to "go live" the day after the Easter weekend, everything went smoothly. The router arrived on the day but our router supplied by our previous ISP worked seamlessly. In effect the only downtime we experienced was during the physical swapping of routers. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with, comfortable vehicles, very helpful and cheerful drivers. Highly recommended. Will use them again and pass on details to friends locally. We used the Ali Baba to connect with a coach pick up and a week later on the return journey at a coach drop off. Arrangements were easy to make and couldn't have worked better. Very pleased.

Visited store to look at induction hobs. None of the ones we had shortlisted were on display. At least one display drawer was faulty and could not be opened. No staff around to ask and very few customers in store.
Went home and ordered online the same day. Delivery charge extortionate so opted for collect. Returned to store same day when advised hob was ready for collection. Went to payment desk and completed the email link. Advised I was 2nd in line. 15 mins later still 2nd in line and no customers waiting anywhere. Action by staff after moaning about the delay.
Not a good experience going to store

Fairly easy to use.
One suggestion would be to put spaces in well defined data input such as long card number (in 4 digit groups) and telephone numbers (6 digits after code). Makes checking input much easier.
