Sehr teure Versandkosten bei Retouren
Die Ware an sich war in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man bei der Retoure heutzutage echt nicht mehr 10€ zahlen müssen.

We do charge a return fee to help cover the cost of processing and shipping as it would be unsustainable for us to offer free returns however, we will pass this feedback onto the relevant team to review this again. Your comments are really helpful as we work toward improving the overall experience.
