The booking process was smooth. Everything was spot on. We absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend!!

I placed order on 17th December and the cost was nearly £100 which guarantees next day delivery. Then I received an email stating that the order couldn’t not be delivered as no one was present to receive it but in fact I and my family was at home all day and no one came to deliver and didn’t even ring the bell. Then I contacted the company and the advisor said it was a delay on their end and they cannot contact the delivery company to check and hence my parcel wouldn’t be delivered. I also got all the products worth £100 which promises that the product will be delivered the next day but no one had arrived and sent email with false reasoning. My last order also the same issue as the driver kept my order outside of the door and didn’t even ring the bell. I understand if there’s some problem with delivery but the reason no one was home to receive is not acceptable. I received my parcel on 19th December and guess what it was delivered to my neighbours kept outside their door when it was raining heavily. Really upset with overall experience.
