Used for an airport pick up for 6 people with 3 drop offs. Great value, kept me up to date with driver details. At the airport Shaami was waiting for us and arrived within a few minutes after we picked up cases. Definitely recommend.

Ordered elavate based on reviews I have read. Great customer service, kept me up to date with delivery etc. I went for the three different flavours as wasn’t sure which would like. Started using the chocolate one first and it’s delicious in my morning coffee. Too early for results yet but feeling positive

Very poor customer service. Ordered sleepers in March, not heard anything. Tried ringing and emailing - no response. Would appreciate a response ASAP.
UPDATE sleepers have eventually turned up and very good quality. Shame about the poor communication, a phone call or email to update people would have been helpful rather than us spending lots of time constantly trying to get in touch for an update.

Excellent, from initial phone call through to delivery. Previous company let me down the day before they were supposed to deliver. Rang UK flooring and explained issue and they agreed to double check if stock available and when delivery could take place. Delivered on date as agreed.

Had to order a new fridge for my dad who was shielding. AO went out of their way to get the fridge ASAP. Gentleman I spoke to on the phone was excellent and went out of his way to help.

It is good however not always clear if can use or not. Tried to use last night nothing on page to say not valid but the restaurant told us it wasn’t valid fri/sat. Terms and conditions should be really clear

We do try to be as clear as possible on the website when searching for the participating venues.
Underneath each venue on the website are small icons, if an icon with a cross and Fri or Sat are printed this would mean that the venue does not accept the membership during these times.

Excellent economical way to see New York. We had the 5 day pass did all the main attractions which were great. Would recommend getting the pass book before you go so you make the most of what is available. Definitely recommend as it saved us loads of money.

I bought a package through Groupon. the package arrived when it stated, well packaged so didnt need to be unpacked urgently. Eaten the steak, sausages and some chicken so far all are excellen. Great quality, lean meat that is very tasty. Will order again when used the products I have
