Georgi was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was right on time and communicated extremely well both before my pickup and throughout the trip, which made everything feel easy and seamless.
As a first-time visitor to Switzerland, I was a little nervous about some of the transportation and transitions during my trip, and Georgi immediately put me at ease. Trip from Lucerne to Jungfrau Region

I highly recommend this company. Our experience was excellent. We booked a transfer for 6 people with luggage from Zurich airport to Chur. Communication was very easy. Nikoleta was very kind and helpful and responded very quickly to all my messages! Pavel was an excellent driver. He waited for us when our flight was delayed. The car was spacious and spotless and he even provided drinking water for everyone. We would definitely go with them again!

Such a pleasant, calm and competent driver!
We were so lucky to have Georgi as our driver from Interlaken Transfer! We had him as our chauffeur three times. His driving was excellent, calm and aware and his Mercedes van very comfortable. He resolved some odd things that occurred on the road including figuring out how to successfully navigate around an accident ahead of us that snarled traffic in all directions.
He responded to queries but was quietly concentrating on his driving. We went over a twisty, narrow mountain pass which was also under construction. We never had a moments concern.
Initially we had booked two journeys then, at the last minute due to some scheduling issues, we decided we would prefer to be driven to our next destination and not take the train. When I explained what we wanted to do Georgi was able to obtain another driver to take his next assignment and was able to drive us to our destination.
We were veryhappy to have him assigned to our trip today. He had made a point of carrying our luggage into our hotel and sent a note today to remind us to wait in the lobby so he could help carry it out. Alas, we are now leaving Switzerland so will be moving to another company for the remainder of our holiday. I highly recommend Georgi and Interlaken Transfers

This was by far the most amazing experience i have ever had in all the trips i make around the world. This day was very organized from the first minute, we were amazed by the level of professionalism & politeness of their staff. They took really good care of us throughout the whole experience. Pavel provided excellent service for our early morning transfer from Grindelwald to Zurich Airport. We had a 5:00 AM pickup, and he actually arrived early, which gave us great peace of mind.
He carefully secured all of our luggage before we left and drove safely and smoothly throughout the entire trip. The ride was so comfortable that all of us fell asleep, helped by the relaxing music he had playing in the background. It was the perfect, stress-free way to end our Switzerland vacation.
