very pleased so far with my first day of installation

Professional and friendly.

Door and window sensors needed no drilling, was installed faster and the control panel is basically the same.

Getting someone from overseas where the culture is so different it was very difficult communicating. I was also told that there was no way I could get the United States which through my own investigating I was able to get the United States. The overseas employee was very annoyed very frustrating.
The technician that showed up at the house was very knowledgeable and solved the problem very quickly

The service was fine. Everything was put into place where I wanted it. Both technicians were very polite, very professional and helpful. The only thing that I wasn’t really happy with was the ring doorbell. I really don’t like where it’s placed by apparently that’s where the old doorbell was and that’s the power they had to use, but I’m not crazy about it and I have to be honest if I can’t find a way to change the Music of the doorbell I will return it because it sounds like a circus and that’s not what an adult doorbell should sound like my equipment the cameras and the alarm system was installed yesterday, but apparently it’s not on Wi-Fi. I don’t know supposed to connect it to the Wi-Fi or they did. I thought they did because I saw some pictures from yesterday and then all of a sudden it stopped.

First time customer called Slomin’s being they had a great price. Placed my COD order, the website for your exact address for delivery is set as for US postal service and doesn’t allow for numbers/apt. to be entered. Called immediately after the order was placed and gave “specific” property instructions for delivery. The oil was delivered to the wrong house, here is Slomins’s email responce ……
* Unfortunately, we were not given the proper delivery instructions prior to delivery. You can place another order if you'd like to, ask neighbor for reimbursement.

I’ve requested to speak with a manager and have repeatedly told that’s not an option. It took several calls to get the issue resolved

I didn't get the email to set up the app. I called 3 times already and I keep getting promised that I will get the email when I get off the phone and I don't. Now I was just told they won't be in until Monday.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received from your representative during a recent visit to our home.
The purpose of the visit was to convert our alarm system from using a landline connection, and the technician handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system and took the time to explain everything clearly. In addition to completing the conversion, he helped us download and set up the Slomins app on our phones and patiently showed us how to use its features. His explanations were easy to understand, and he made sure we were comfortable operating the system before he left. Overall, this was a very positive experience. It is refreshing to receive such courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service. Please extend our thanks and recognition to the representative for a job well done.

Horrible customer service and poor management. I got a nasty letter the day after an oil delivery saying my account of frozen. I did not owe any money and there was a zero balance. Disgusting how they treat long standing good customers who pay their bills. On top of that they do not warn you when your oil contract is expired but they certainly send out nasty letters one day after a delivery. Lets also mention it takes 6 months to book your annual maintenance appointment.

I used Sloman’s for 25 years. The system was outdated and they were difficult to reach by phone unless you claim to want to start a new system. Once I terminated, I was on my own to disassemble the electrical equipment they had install installed.

The technician did a very good job with the installation at home.
Slomin's took too long to install the equipment.
The technician appeared by surprise. We were never told when the installation would take place.
