Love using Rito. Deliveries are always quick and the yarn is lovely. I have bought several colours in Drops Lima to make slippers and they are so soft. What a lovely yarn!

Easy to use website, good communication and the yarn was a very good price. I didn’t realise that it was coming from Denmark but that wasn’t a problem.

Rito staff do not understand the difference between Ireland and Northern Ireland, UK. When I had problems with shipping they repeatedly told me to address my parcel to Ireland which have sent it to An Post, the Irish post office to deliver. An Post do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Royal Mail does. A simple Google search would have improved someones geopolitical knowledge. I am sure Northen Ireland and any customer base there is too small for Rito to bother fixing their website.

Very pleased with the yarn I ordered. However it took 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service responded quickly when I rung to find out reason for the delay.

Rito staff kept me informed about my order . They were very helpful . The Drops yarn Drops Saga is gorgeous and lovely to knit up . I`ve never ordered from Rito before but I will order from them again

Normally they’re fine however I received my knitting needles broken. I contacted them, they sent me a link to fill out info, most was not in English. Didn’t hear back from them, contacted them again, they sent me the link again. Finally heard back saying my parcel arrived have a nice day. Terrible service. Can’t use the needles as they catch and have also cut my thumb. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

Excellent service and communication, fantastic prices, amazing amount of choice at great prices and it took less than to get the products delivered to UK.

I will definitely be ordering from the Rito Hobby team again ❤️

The delivery came on time. The yarn is beautiful - exactly what I wanted. Because J spent a certain amount of money I got a free knitting needle set as present which is great.
I haven't contacted customer service so can't comment on that part yet.
I would order from Roto again.

Fantastic price for the yarn that I bought and it’s knitting up really nicely - drops soft tweed. Parcel arrived without any problems. I would definitely recommend Rito Hobby to all my friends!
