Leider muss ich mindestens einen Stern geben. Für dieses Unternehmen müsste man eigentlich Minussterne vergeben. Erst habe ich fast 6 Wochen auf meine Bestellung gewartet und dann wurde komplett minderwertige Ware geliefert. Die Regenjacke besteht komplett aus einer billigen dünnen Gummiartigen Masse. Das wertvollste an der Jacke ist der Reißverschluss. Die Jacke hat 64 € gekostet und hat höchstens einen Wert von 6 € . Ich habe noch nie so ein minderwertiges Kleidungsstück in der Hand gehabt. Das ganze grenzt s hon an Betrug.

Schicken ki generierte backstreet boys becher raus. Sehr schlecht gedruckt, mit Schrammen. Wollen die Ware nicht zurücknehmen. Habe dann einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet. Sie sagten sie kümmern sich nur darum wenn ich den Fall schließe. Nun sagen sie dass ich den Fall geschlossen habe, daher keine Erstattung. Nie wieder. Lizenz für die backstreet boys Ware vorhanden? Falsche Produktfarbe, endlose Verzögerungen und keine unkomplizierte Rückerstattung
Meine Erfahrung mit Printerval war leider äußerst enttäuschend.
Zunächst musste ich mehrere Wochen auf meinen bestellten Duschvorhang warten. Als dieser endlich ankam, stellte sich heraus, dass die Farbe überhaupt nicht der Produktdarstellung entsprach. Statt des bestellten Olivgrüns war der Vorhang eher grau mit grau-schwarzen Punkten.
Als ich den Artikel zurückgeben wollte, begann ein unnötig langwieriger Prozess. Der Kundenservice verlangte zunächst ein Foto, anschließend ein weiteres Foto mit einem schwarzen Gegenstand zum Farbvergleich und danach nochmals ein Foto bei natürlichem Licht. Ich habe alle Anforderungen erfüllt.
Anstatt die Rücksendung unkompliziert abzuwickeln, wurde mir schließlich lediglich ein Guthaben für den Printerval-Shop angeboten – und das auch noch unter Abzug der von mir bezahlten Versandkosten.
Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass auf der Website mit einer 60-tägigen Rückgabemöglichkeit und einer Rückerstattung geworben wird, während die tatsächliche Abwicklung in meinem Fall unnötig kompliziert und frustrierend verlief.
Mein Fazit: Lange Lieferzeit, ein Produkt in der falschen Farbe, wiederholte Fotoanforderungen und ein Rückerstattungsangebot, das meinen Vorstellungen nicht entspricht. Ich hätte mir einen unkomplizierten und kundenorientierten Umgang gewünscht. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich Printerval leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe ein Basketball Shirt / Trikot bestellt. Es ist total vernäht, an den Seiten Sollte Dortmund stehen. Es ist so zusammen genäht das die Buchstaben von Dortmund nur halb zu sehen sind, und das ganze an jeder Seite zwei mal, Zweimal Halbe Buchstaben aneinander genäht sieht aus wie eine neue Sprache oder Schriftzeichen. Die Ärmel des Shirts sind viel zu lang, sie gehen weit über den Ellenbogen. Ich habe sofort nach einem Retourenlabel gefragt ( Seit 4 Wochen), aber immer kam nur, dass es geprüft wird. Mittlerweile bekomme ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Schade, eigentlich wollte ich nur zurückschicken und wäre zufrieden gewesen. Jetzt ist das leider vorbei. Ich hätte gerne mein Geld zurück. Habe ein FC Augsburg T-Shirt für 28 € bestellt und stattdessen ein T-Shirt mit Aufdruck Emirates Arsenal bekommen. Habe support von printval informiert und das erste was Sie wollten ist das adress Label auf dem Plastik Beutel in dem das T Shirt verschickt wurde, was beim Öffnen zerrissen wurde. Ich bin diesmal sowas von enttäuscht. Ich habe einen Kugelschreiber meines Fußballvereins bestellt, mit schönen 3D Drucken, toll herausgearbeitet und wirklich sehr schön anzuschauen. In einer edlen Box mit Zertifikat usw. Wäre ein Traum gewesen. Nach ewiger Zeit kommt dann der Kuli in einer Plastikfolie und sowas von unterirdischer Qualität, das kann man nicht mehr beschreiben. Nicht zu vergleichen mit den Fotos in der Beschreibung. Jeder Werbekuli sieht schöner aus. Und das für über 30 Euro. Beschämend für die Firma, weil die können anders. Habe da schon öfter gekauft.

Drei Filmposter bestellt
Drei Filmposter bestellt. Bewertung bei Printerval durchweg positiv und Kunden zufrieden. Nach 23 Tagen Lieferzeit (vorher nirgends zu sehen) sehr enttäuscht von den Prints. Auflösung nicht sehr hoch, Farben so naja ok, aber das schlimmste sind die Proportionen. Die Filmposter ist einfach in die Breite gestreckt und wirkt zu damit zu breit. Für insgesamt fast 100€ für alle 3 Prints hätte ich da deutlich mehr erwartet. Absolut enttäuschend.

Finger weg von diesem Händler! Hatte zwei Trikots bestellt. Ganz billige China Ware mit extrem schlechter Qualität.
Als ich dann von meinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen wollte, meldete der Support sich nicht mehr zurück.
Ich denke mein Geld ist weg.

Falsche Farben, Kundenservice schlecht
Ich hatte diverse Artikel (Shirts, Hosen, Badetücher) mit dem Design von Paulaner Spezi bestellt. Die Hosen und die Handtücher sind sehr schön, aber die Shirts haben eine komplett falsche Farbe. Inzwischen habe ich mehrmals mit dem Kundenservice korrespondiert, aber laut diesem wären die Farben nach Vorgabe.
Danke für diese Erfahrung, aber nie mehr werde ich bei dieser Firma bestellen.
Dass die Lieferung sehr lange dauert wurde ja schon erwähnt, wobei alle drei Artikel in separater Lieferung kamen, vermutlich aus unterschiedlichen Produktionsstätten, wobei die Shirts erst am 21.09.26 während die Hosen und Handtücher schon am 15.09.26 bzw. am 16.09.26 kamen.
Und in der heutigen Mail hat man mir aus Nettigkeit einen 10 % Gutschein geschickt, eine Rücknahme wurde nicht angeboten.

Bei beiden Telefonnummern ist keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich.

Leider immer noch keine Rückmeldung.

Ich habe wieder eine Antwort bekommen, dass die Farbe in Ordnung wäre und man mir aus Kulanz aber einen 10 % Rabatt gewähren würde auf die nächste Bestellung.
Ich hatte nochmal geantwortet, dass die fehlerhaften Farben definitiv die Rücksendungsrichtlinien erfüllt.
