Tickets wurden wie angekündigt und rechtzeitig geliefert. Keinerlei Probleme beim Einlass.

Hello Carola,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that it was frustrating having trouble receiving the tickets in the app, especially when you then also needed to request a code and collect them via the ticket shop.
We appreciate you making us aware of this. When ticket access depends on an external app or organiser system, the experience can unfortunately be affected if the app is under heavy pressure on the day of the event.
Please feel free to contact our customer service if you would like us to look more closely at your booking.
All the best,
Team OLKA Sportresor/Express
