I highly recommend Neural Frame! A professional and responsive team! Thank you very much! Great service!
Thank you very much, Liz, for your help and patience throughout the process! I highly recommend Neural Frame!

I have had a really good experience with Neural Frames. One of the biggest benefits has been their free training classes, which are genuinely useful and packed with practical tips.

The platform is easy to use, fits nicely into my existing AI video production workflow, and saves me both time and tokens compared to other tools I've used.

Another big plus is how frequently they roll out updates. It seems like almost every week they're adding new features, tools, or improvements.

There's still room for improvement, but Neural Frames has become a valuable part of my creative workflow. I appreciate that they're not just building the software but also helping users get better at using it.

I love using neural frames , its like to be a part of big team. Its easy to create great video clips & sorts , you can contact the support on every issues, evey feature that I was asked to add or change with reasoned explanation was answered affirmatively and I felt that they truly treat me as user and want me to be satisfied from the result

While it serves its purpose, it's a huge scam with monthly $99USD credit card charges that I was unaware of. Disgusting. They charged me $400 USD and I never even used it. And since I canceled my credit card, they still trying to charge it and I can't even get access to the remaining 22000 credits I have without subcribing again., which I won't do but they are holding what I paid for for ransom.

We have produced our last 4 Music videos for our Rockhaven band and are dead pleased with the outcome. Quality of videos superb. Very easy to use. Autopilot focus function for beginners is great. Frame by frame is easy to learn. Not the cheapest program but one if the best. Highly recommend it. Support is with you same day - great customer service

More like 4.5 🤩

As a singer songwriter, music videos have never been my forte but a necessary one in today’s social media world! AI tech is advancing at such a rapid pace and for those who want to focus on their core skills and use AI to supplement the rest then I’ve found Neural Frames a great place for full length music vids. I’m still learning the art of music video making but impressed by the endless possibilities the software creates for my music as well as the autopilot feature to do ‘80%’ for you (you still need to put in the 20% perspiration 🙂). I’ve also recently been impressed by the masterclass as I learn better that way and it avoids trial by error or missing simple tricks to speed up the process. Main thing is, take a little time out to learn the tool and reach out to the customer support if there are issues - they’re super friendly and professional. Looking forward to more updates and upgrades 🙌

This platform was very easy to use for my first video project. It was exciting and rewarding to use.

I forgot to cancel after pausing for 3 months but they immediately refunded me upon request.

I'll be back!

The customer service was far superior to Runway AI. They were helpful with trouble-shooting and credited my account for some credits to make up for some of the errors I was having. They are very responsive and care about the customer experience. Highly recommneded!

My review is very negative.
Autopilot works in three steps:
1. You upload characters and write a prompt detailing everything you want to happen in the video (settings, character actions, who is singing, who is playing guitar, weather, narrative, etc.).
2. Autopilot proposes a "storyline"—a sequence of scenes based on what you specified in your prompt.
3. If you agree with the proposed storyline, Autopilot consumes about 500 credits (a significant chunk of your monthly allowance) to generate the initial images for the various clips that will make up the video.
Here comes the first unpleasant surprise: these images poorly follow the storyline, ignore parts of it, and mix up character roles (like the guitar player suddenly playing the drums). Not to mention cheap flaws like frontal shots of characters standing completely still like mannequins instead of playing their instruments, or close-ups of random objects just because they are mentioned metaphorically in the lyrics.
In short: their LLM is terrible and nothing but a credit-burning machine. Most of these initial images are completely useless. You have to regenerate them yourself or upload external images if you actually want to make a video with consistent characters and a narrative, rather than a generic cyberpunk or medieval fantasy.
Their "make a video in 10 minutes" claim is pure hype. In 10 minutes, all you get is a cliché with zero artistic value.

Furthermore, the platform is highly censored, to a childish extent for a service that claims to be tailored to musical artists. Their bot won't let you upload a video if the lyrics are even slightly dark (we are talking about lyrics that would pass on YouTube with zero issues). The bot is simply incapable of understanding metaphors and context that any human would easily grasp. Delegating this to a bot is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering that only about five videos are uploaded daily.
They also lack any sense of community. They haven't even enabled something as basic as a search bar where you can type a username to find their videos. It's either pure laziness or the fact that they have very few real users and don't want to expose it.

THIS WEBSITE IS A ***RIP OFF***. ***CREDIT BLACK HOLE***. IT WANTS MORE AND MORE CREDITS (READ DOLLARS) TO FINISH YOUR VIDEO. ***BEWARE*** STRONGLY ADVISE TO ***AVOID** THIS VIDEO GENERATION SCAM. CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO YOU CREATED WITHOUT ***MOAR*** CREDITS. WHAT A ***RIP OFF***

I tried it and got nothing worth what I was expecting. I followed the videos and nothing worked out. Don't waste your money until they have an easy to use button to walk you through the process. I had to pay upfront and only lost money when the video failed. And I mean failed with still frames and changing the costumes. I was only on the thing for 1 hour and lost money.

They say easy, just do this and that but all it did was lock up.

I must say that neural frames stands out among the rest of these Ai platforms and is very user friendly. I got great results from them and the customer services was beyond reproach especially these days when you try to communicate with support its a daunting task with the rest of these platforms...Fast replies and great initiativewhen fixing a problem.

I attended Neural Frames’ live AI Music Video Masterclass and found it genuinely useful. I had just completed a roughly 7½-minute AI-generated music video myself, so I was especially interested in long-form workflow, scene duration, and character consistency. The session gave me a much clearer understanding of how Neural Frames approaches those challenges.

I also appreciated that the team actively asked for feedback afterward. I sent some detailed questions and suggestions, and Marriette let me know they were shared with the engineering team. That level of engagement really stood out.

I’m looking forward to the future masterclasses and to exploring Neural Frames more hands-on.

Neural Frames has been a very useful tool for me. It helps me simplify my workflow, and makes creating interesting visuals for my music (both traditional and AI assisted) more enjoyable and less tedious. Is it perfect? No, there are things that need to be improved, but the small team behind this project is engaged with the community and constantly working to improve their product. Updates come frequently, sometimes daily, and it’s refreshing to work with a product whose developers actually listen to their customers, unlike most of the bigger tools in this space.

I Love neural frames! Looking forward to more of the updates coming down the road too

Today, I wasted money on another AI video tool called Neural Frames. I intended to use it for my song’s performance, but my plan cost $39, which is equivalent to 2400 credits. Despite this investment, I couldn’t complete a 5-minute song. The video movement was sluggish, and the lips and facial expressions remained static, resembling an elementary school video. I requested a refund, but unfortunately, there’s no way to get my money back, and my account subscription will remain active until the end of the month. This experience has led me to avoid their services because there’s no free trial unless you pay in full. I wouldn’t recommend using this Ai tool until they significantly improve their software in the coming years.

I decided to give this platform a try creating music videos, and like most of these sites you generally have to pay to actually do anything.
So I took a chance and subscribed on the middle tier and proceeded to work on my first video.
Overall the experience is ok, UI is pretty simple and easy to understand for the most part. The quality of the image/video renders is quite impressive, but the overall end result left me pretty unhappy.

After generating the final render, many of the video clips came out with character drifts, outfit changes, unnaturally stiff lip sync and overall just felt off.

I decided to drop an email to their customer support stating I wasn't happy with the results and didn't wish to continue with the service. They emailed me back 10 minutes later (on a Sunday, even) cancelling my subscription and issuing a full refund.

So while the platform didn't quite meet my expectations on this occasion, their customer support is genuinely great.

Very decent platform. The credit costs are set in stone, the support is adorable. Unlike many other platforms, they assist you with your work, with credit issues and try to help where they can, not mention that your credits can roll over which is basically non existent anywhere else. They have full transparency and do not hide if there are any issues. Would recommend them over most other platforms.

Their Terms & Conditions state "You grant Us the worldwide, unlimited in time, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable right to use and exploit [your] Content for providing Neural Frames, including for hosting, duplication, display and reproduction. Upon Your prior approval, We may use Your User Content for marketing purposes." - they effectively own everything you upload.

I think Neural Frames is a fantastic tool for single musical artists who can't afford full actors, bright lights, or even artists/animators for a 3 minute video. I can spend 2 hours and $20 making a product that would normally cost hundreds of dollars and weeks. Thanks.
