Once you pay, your lag to 400ms, leaving you unable to do anything, and you will never get a refund.

Canceled the ExitLag subscription before auto-renewl date. Filled the form and answer the reason , confirmed 3 times.
Still charged me with auto-renewal.
They are scammers.

Bought the subscriptionmoney has been deducted from my account but when i login it says i need an active subscription. Service is terrible from the company even with raising a ticket. alot of unhappy people in the discord aswell

No email and no warning on subscription renewal, long time to answer to emails/tickets. They implement strict official policy with no refunds. Super disappointed with this app and going to move to LAGOFAST, more affordable and don’t have these strict policies with no refunds to scam people.

I purchased in oct.3 ExitLag subscription through the website, and the payment was successfully charged. I’m sure I’m logged into the correct account, but my subscription is not showing up in the ExitLag app and it still asks me to subscribe
and none answer till now
and thats my ticket => #AR-FCE891

Product is great, it really helps with the ping, especially if it’s too high. Service team is 10/10 since they refunded me my renewed subscription in a span of few hours even though the policy wasn’t covering it (refunds are only allowed on the first purchase).

I have been using exit-lag for a week now and I can happily say that it has not effected my gameplay in any way in many ways my connection is better without exit-lag than with it. Take this as you will. (update) This trash service will also mess up your steam I DO NOT recommend using them.

I cancelled my membership, but they continued charging me monthly today. They refused to cancel my plan after the first month, so I submitted another cancellation request.

I also opened a support ticket #337162 (#AR-09DCE1). They wrote that they are not going to refund the money they charged after cancellation.

Cancelling a membership should stop future charges, period. This experience has left me feeling scammed.

this million dollar company took them almost 2 months to refund an amount of 278.86PHP.

Works in normal games but never when I actually need it in a Fortnite tournament. Whenever I play a tournament its guaranteed +50 ping and 50% packet loss than without it, no matter what settings I change. Support system is also awful don't even bother messaging them they wont reply for months and even if they do they will just give an AI response.

Their bot says there’s nothing to be done; I opened a support ticket but haven't received a reply even after a week, so I had to block the payment through my bank and get a new card.

for GW2, exitlag is a necessity for killing ping spike.
It never helps me with lowering the ping, but keeping a 2xx ms ping steady.
