My order was received very late
My order was received very late – too late for me to be able to use the product. When I looked into sending it back I understand that there is a huge restocking fee, so I decided to keep the product and try to use it as is. Probably won’t be using epic sports again.

Recieved 3 of the incorrect shirts and would cost more to ship back and wsit then worth and not once has someone sent me a message when I even sent email about the issue.

I placed an order with this company…
I placed an order with this company that already had an insanely long delivery time of almost a month. My initial delivery date was October 6. Because they spam email you 10 times a day with marketing junk when they do finally try to communicate with you it’s only through email and using the same junk system they use for spam marketing so guess what!?! You never see the responses. So then they never attempt to contact you. Then when you try to cancel the order on October 6 when they tell you they had not started yet they refuse to cancel even though I have it in writing from them that it could be cancelled they are stealing from a non profit like thieves. And again blaming email filtering instead of your antiquated way of contacting customers is not a response. I see your response and maybe if you didn’t send me 5 marketing emails a day google would t filter you to spam. You are a liar I have proof you told me the order was eligible for cancellation and responded to cancel it I have screen shots and they have been sent to you as well don’t try to lie now

We understand your frustration, but we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order.
Your order remained on hold for approximately 20 days awaiting your required logo approval. During that time, we sent 9 separate emails specifically regarding the action needed on your order. Your logo was approved on October 5th, allowing the order to move forward into production.
While we understand these emails may have been filtered into your spam folder, they were sent to the email address provided with your order. We cannot control how individual email providers filter incoming messages.
Your cancellation request came after the logo was approved and the order had progressed into production, at which point cancellation was no longer possible.
We understand this was not the outcome you wanted, but the delay was due to the outstanding logo approval, not a lack of communication from Epic Sports.
Product - I love the lite flights, as well as numerous other products. You have a good price point and delivery is great.
Product, delivery, price and service. Unfortunately, I accidently ordered the baseballs instead of the softballs this time.
