We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary by buying a diamond ring for my wife and to make it extra special went to the Hatton Garden store in London. We were served by Jessica, who took great care to ensure that we chose the right combination of ring and diamond (lab grown). Just under 5 weeks later, we returned to collect ring and it was stunning!! It was exactly what we asked for and fitted perfectly. Thank you Jessica for all your help!! the product a ruby eternity ring came on time and was totally amazing superb workmanship

Fantastic service from the start. I was apprehensive of such an expensive purchase without seeing the product and I also had a tight timeline. I spoke to a polite gentleman on the phone who reassured me they could get the shipment to me in time and even asked for my details so they could look out for the order. Sure enough the parcel arrived within time and the earrings themselves couldn't have been more beautiful.

Product arrived on time, safe and well wrapped but it was misplaced inside the box. There is a clear care about the packing and the shipping updates (which is highly appreciated). The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was not really thrilled when I opened the box and the earrings were loose in the box and not properly placed on the designated place. This gave me a feeling of getting something from Amazon. Not super nice considering it's a piece of jewelery.

The entirety, from the excitement to create my daughter's bracelet from a wealth of options, the joy while navigating the website, the individualised updates right up to the moment of receiving the precious goods.
The bracelet will be my daughter's birthday present (beginning December) and I can hardly wait to watch her unpack and wear it.

Communication was fantastic. Did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, and how they said they would I'm no jewellery expert but product looks good. Even when an issue (my fault) arose with initial order, they sorted it quickly and efficiently. I will certainly use this company again.
