Due to work, I had to travel by plane from Japan to Milan and then transfer from Linate Airport to Switzerland with a private chauffeur service.
The experience was excellent in every aspect.
Even though my flight was delayed, the driver was extremely kind and professional, and we still managed to arrive on time. He appeared very well-groomed, clean, distinguished, and elegant.
When I got into the car, I found water, snacks, and candies waiting for me, which was a very thoughtful touch after such a long journey. My laptop battery was also completely dead, and I was able to charge it comfortably during the trip thanks to the charging options available in the vehicle.
During the drive we also had a pleasant conversation, and he proved to be very friendly as well as professional.
One of the best experiences I’ve had so far with a chauffeur service. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely contact him again next time.

ho prelevato gli ultimi soldi rimasti, 19usd ma mi è arrivato soltanto 1,7 euro. Ho aperto un ticket e mi è stato detto che loro non trattengono nessuna commisione e che la mia banca ha trattenuto la cifra mancante. Ho parlato con la mia banca e mi è stato detto che non trattengono nessun tipo di commisione. Spiego all'operatore del ticket la situazione e stavolta mi risponde che sono le bance intermediarie che possono trattenere commissioni. Ora stiamo parlando di 19 usd e me ne frego onestamente ma mi chiedo se fossero stati 100k e mi fossero arrivati solo 10k e l'unica spiegazione è che le bance intermediarie possono trattenere commisioni? Lo reputo semplicemente assurdo, perlomeno pretendo di essere avvisato a che commissioni posso andare in contro (circa il 9o% in questo caso) Che serietà è questa? quando io ho versato è arrivato tutta la somma per intero e nessuno ha trattenuto commissioni perchè ora devo essere fregato così?
