My parcel was missing with the last updates saying "out for delivery", then, "arrived at pickup point". Unfortunately, there was nothing to say where the pickup point was, nothing in the letterbox. I was also home on the day of the delivery and from what I can tell, no attempt was made to deliver. That said, I'd prefer my parcel to go to a secure location, rather than being left on the street to be stolen. I contacted support and Elmer was very helpful, he found the pickup location and provided me with the address and opening hours.
Usually the pickup place sends an SMS advising that they have the package but that didn't occur in this instance.
