You guys did great ! Beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately they will not work for me and I will have to return them.

The boot height 6" is too tall for me to be able to get my foot into it. It looks like I will be needing a 4" or 5" at the most. Preferably a 4"

Unfortunately your company does not offer one in that height.

I am looking to purchase ONLY American made products and it appears none of the other boot manufacturers offer that type of slip on either. Something you may want to think aboutttt.

My order was delivered within two business days and the quality of the boots is excellent. I will definately recommend them to friends and coworkers.

I received my boots and when I tried them on, they just did not feel right.
This was a Sunday and I thought that I would see if I could return them for a different size.
I sent an email thinking that I may hear back the first couple of days of the week, but no, Joe called me an hour later.
We discussed my issue and he made arrangements to send me an exchange pair that when I received them, they were perfect!
This was unexpected and I really appreciate the customer service.

I bought a pair of Bravo work boots from a local retailer. The boots felt great at first, but I started having fitment issues as the boots were breaking in. The local retailer would not return or exchange them so I reached out to US Boots. The CEO of US Boots contacted me back for a little more information. He determined that the boots were too narrow and had a different pair sent out to me within a couple days. The new boots are great so far. The quality is great and the customer service is excellent.

The best boots I have owned so far and it's Super Comfortable! It Won't be my last pair and it's American Made! As far as sizing goes I sized a half size down I usually wear a size 9 in sneakers but I went with a 8.5 and it fits perfect! You can tell they care for the quality of there product even the box it came in was awesome! Love my experience overall.

I can't believe I ordered these boots on Tuesday and literally got them on Thursday. Great price great value made in the USA which I only buy. I'll be using you guys in the future and talking to my coworkers at work I will give them the name of your company!

Ordered online and got boots fast. Suggested to order 1/2 size larger, which was a perfect fit for these 6" Fade Trailblazer Steel Toe workbooks. Just a hat I need for works item. Slip-on ease, solid construction, non-slip soles, US made and re-soleable so I know they will last years.

Easy order, affordable prices. Just received the boots yesterday, as scheduled. Look and feel good at try-on. First pair from US Boot, so time will tell...

Not very comfortable boots

Top notch customer service! In a world where customer service can seem almost non existent these guys restore faith. I almost backed out when I realized I couldn’t actually call someone on the phone. Reluctantly I tried the email and the response was quick and informative. After answering a few questions I put my order in. I couldn’t get the order to accept my veteran discount code but I went forward anyways. I mentioned the discount issue to them not expecting much to happen. To my surprise they were on it and made sure the discount was applied. Thank you very much Joe and team you all made the process easy. I got my boots today and I absolutely love them. As soon as you pick them up you see and feel the quality and craftsmanship that was put into making them. I was worried they may not be wide enough but they fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

Well I have to say that I really didn’t think I’d be swayed away from my Carolina boots that I’ve been wearing for 20+ years but I have to say these boots are top notch. Extremely comfortable and lightweight. The boot itself is well made and I have now become a lifelong customer of US Boots. I had the privilege to meet the young man who started this company. We happened to be working on a property doing work on the lawn sprinklers and I met his dad and we had a great conversation and he introduced me to his son. He is a fine young man and this company he started is a testament of his hard work and dedication to the workers of this great country. Bravo young man and continued success. Thank you very much.

The boots seem like great quality but it’s way too big, I aways wear a 10.5 but it’s seems like a whole size to big. I should’ve gotten a whole size down

I had a fit issue with the first pair of US Boots I ordered. We worked it out to try a wider boot and they fit perfectly. This won't be my last pair of US Boots. Amazing quality, but their customer service is just not what you would expect - well above and beyond. Everyone who wears boots - either casually or for work like me - should do business with these guys.

I bought the Bravo Moc safety toe boots. I work in a steel mill and have been wearing them everyday and they are really comfortable. I walk 8 to 10 miles a day in various environments. And these boots are great. Also the customer service and responsiveness to any questions is excellent and and very quick.
