I would give a zero if I could. The pn that I received was plastic and looked like a toy. I am in the process of trying to get a refund or a replacement pen. It doesn’t even have the PS peptide pen on the side of the pen like the one in the picture that I purchased. so far I have sent three emails and have gotten no response.

I have used PSP for a few months now. I was in AZ for work and had a shipment sent there. I truly believe my peptides got ruined by the delivery service, for I could see on the tracking that it was on the truck all day in over 100° temps. I notified PS about my destroyed AOD and they were absolutely awesome and replaced them along with free AA at no fault of their own. Great customer service, above a beyond. Peptides always pass any test I have submitted.
