You did the right thing but I had to push it. You first only wanted to replace the display which by far was the least expensive even though I had proven both the display and the station were bad. Only after I gave you a choice of replacing both or give me a refund did you agree to do the right thing which should have been done without my ultimatum.

I had a small problem my weather station and AcuRite handled it perfectly. The customer service was great, they were very professional and made everything right. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Using crap FedEx ground post office shipping adding an extra day to transit. Nonsense!

It was quick and easy to order the part I needed. The search was easy and payment was simple.

I bought the AcuRite Atlas Weather Station with Direct-to-Wi-Fi Display and Lightning Detection, but the indoor display CANNOT maintain a wi-fi connection and upload the information to Wunderground or Acurite. I exchanged many emails with customer service to correct the issue, and ultimately they shipped me a new indoor hub. Unfortunately, the new hub is not better and still loses connection randomly for hours. Very disappointed to pay so much for a wi-fi connection unit that doesn't work. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent problem. Another comment, the high definition display is very nice, but SMALL. You need to be very close to read it.

So far working well. Next summer we will see how it does with higher temp. The included paper copy of the directions need to be updated to show Optium solar charger connection. I miss the new app not charting pressure. The pressure that the app shows is 5 points low.

I ordered a weather station that was shipped promptly. I did not get the correct plug in with the unit. Placed an order for a new one and was sent the wrong one. I did this a second time and received another wrong plug in. After placing another order they sent me a new display to fit the right plug in. The problem solved.

It took me a bit to locate my Acurite Now+ premium subscription key code but the process was smooth otherwise.

I have been an AcuRite for 20+years and loyal to the bone but to be perfectly honest the AcuRite Now app and system is really disappointing. I’m hoping that after the complete transition it will get better.

The temp/humidity board in the sensor corroded after only 4 months of service. After disassembling the unit and sending photos, Acurite sent an entire new sensor which arrived 3 days later.. That was a proper thing to do and left this customer very satisfied.

Wrong power supply. The clock uses a 5V DC as stated on the back of the model #75127DI and supplied supplied with a #HXD6-0501200-AU-001 power supply. The 3 received are a 9V DC that do not work on this clock. I have purchased a spare clock just to get a power supply for the existing clock (thus the reason for ordering 3) The web site indicated the power supply received would work. It doesn't.

Our outside unit was destroyed in a storm and we were able to get a replacement in days that synced up automatically to get us back in business.

I have faith in you that you will fix all of the issues and accuracy of the app and supply all of the info the old app did in the same way.

It was such an easy process, my old station died and replaced. The order was easy discount was not applied at time of purchase and they were quick to add afterwards with a credit. Easy to repair and mount. Except stabilizer bar should have pre drilled holes to make it easier to mount

I love my new weather station! It was easy to setup and works just great! I love all the features and the ease of looking at different sections on the display!

Selene, in the help department, was very patient and kind walking me through the steps to try getting my gauge to work correctly. When it didn't, she sent a new one to replace the non functional part.

The correct part at a fair price with timely shipping.
