My new Isinwheel was delivered with a bad battery.
My new Isinwheel was delivered with a faulty battery. The warranty process was torturous. Numerous emails back and forth, videos, two trips to a local e-bike shop for diagnosis and finally, way too late for my vacation, they sent me a new battery. Although I like the bikes, I would never buy from them again.
